Rental was good, nice location. Generally clean but could use a bit more TLC in the corners and some garbage in the garage. Had to search for towels, dish rags and face clothes. No coffee available. Small things missing but overall place was good!

The location was great and the host was very responsive. It is a nice set up for a large family. Everyone in our group slept well and found the beds comfy. The house could use a bit of upkeep. If you are wanting luxury, this isn’t it. If you want a practical place for your group to have a comfy space, this is a nice spot. We would rent again.

The location was good for us to get to a hockey tournament at West Edmonton Mall. While the beds were clean and the bathrooms were clean and the decor well done, however, the house itself is badly in need of a deep clean, paint, mold repair and maintenance. The yard was not mowed in some time and the weeds are giant and out of control. The deck is bare of paint and had waterlogged bags of charcoal in the corner. Window sills have many dead bugs on them. Baseboards and the inside of outdoor doors dirty. The cleaning here is very cursory. The washer and dryer area is filthy. The outdoor garbage cans are overflowing and full garbage bags were piled in a corner of the garage. We had no option other than adding our garbage bags to the pile. If you are at all picky about cleanliness this might make your skin crawl. I had asked about the review in May of 2026 regarding the cleanliness and I was assured the cleaners had been replace. That was not evident.

The host was great to deal with, very nice and responsive. The check in process was great. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe feeling. The theatre room with the big tv was great to watch movies, hockey and play Xbox on. The air hockey table was a great way to keep my kids occupied. The house though... it needed to be dusted and deep cleaned badly. The window sills and above the doors had a thick layer of dust. The baseboards and doors were very dirty, as well as behind the toilets. When we went to use the coffee maker there was a mouldy coffee filter left in there. The dishes were not clean but put in the cupboards. The oven smoked so bad when turned on, which could be fixed by cleaning it. There is also a lot of garbage in the garage that smells like it's been there awhile. I did mention all this to the host and they said they would talk with the cleaning service so at least they will be taking steps (hopefully) to resolve these issues before the next booking.
This was just the front door but all the doors looked the same.
