Guest will have access to the whole studio apartment, 1 allocated secure carpark (subject availability) and the complex facilities (i.e. rooftop pool, pool deck).

We live in the city an will be contactable on the booking platform messaging app, on mobile phones before-, during- and after your stay. We`re also contactable all all major messaging apps.

It`s an elegant, quality and renown complex respect other residents rights to enjoy a safe, clean and quiet environment.

The apartment is located in the inner city centre, you`ll find all the famous city sightseeing spots / venues / amenities within walking distance.
Public transport and UBER, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Taxi, etc. also available in Cairns.

THE POOL IS BEING RENOVATED / RE-SURFACED AND CURRENTLY NOT AVAIABLE TO USE!

This is a holiday complex and as such there`s no allocated car spaces for the apartments. It`s first in best dressed; we`ve never had a problem finding an available carpark.
Children must be supervised by an adult in and around the pool area at all times.

Strictly no parties and no excessive noise after 9pm.

Depending availability, we allow early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price.

Before leaving / checking out, please put all rubbish including food scraps in the rubbish bins on the ground floor carpark area.

Please load and start the dishwasher with all used cutlery, crockery, pots & pans.

Replacement cost for lost fob/card key if lost is $100 per fob / card key
Replacement cost for lost remote is $150 per remote
Replacement cost for lost keys is $50 per key

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock. Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time. Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required. Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined.
