CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher deterge

Wonderful stay, Condo was perfect for us 4 ladies. We watched dolphins every morning, Smaller Condo complex, which we enjoy. Short walk to beach. Condo very clean and decorated well, beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again

This is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and the condo is exactly as it appears. We loved the balcony and views. The indoor/outdoor pool is really nice. Try the fried shrimp at the Docs location on the bay.

Great condo right on the beach!

Very nice condo with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. Property manager was great with responding to any text we sent and very responsive. Perfect unit for my sister and I with comfortable beds and nice furniture. Highly recommend this place. Loved our time there!

A beautiful view and excellent communication from staff. Only complaint was lint trap in dryer had not been cleaned and there was still sand in dryer

The significance of its being a corner unit was enormous - beautiful views in many directions! Very comfortable , well thought out, clean, and welcoming. GPS was important to find a number of restaurants, but that was fine (loved Cobalt the best). A delightful time, even with stormy weather!

We spent one week in September on Orange Beach. Our condo was lovely and looked right onto the beautiful beach. It was just right for two couples. A bit small but we spent most of our time outdoors or on the balcony so we didn’t care. Owners were very kind and just a text away. Our comfort and satisfaction was very important to them. They responded immediately if we needed anything. The coffee maker broke and they had a brand new one delivered within an hour or two. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend whole heartedly.

Spring Vacation 2023

The property is exactly like the pictures, but better! We really enjoyed the location of the condo for the proximity to the white sand beach, to groceries and restaurants, and other things to see and do. The pool was heated during our stay which was nice because the weather was sunny but breezy. The 2 elevators were in working order during our stay. We really enjoyed the balcony for the wonderful views. We had front row seats of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and the pool area.

Overall, we had a great experience staying at this beautiful condo, which was very nice and clean and offered all of the amenities we needed. This was our first ever visit to Orange Beach and it was very quiet during the Thanksgiving holiday. We especially loved watching the sunrise from the balcony, which overlooks the ocean so beautifully. The condo is located near great seafood restaurants. We will definitely consider booking again in the future!

We stayed the last week in September 2023. The condo was clean. Mattress felt great. Kitchen was smaller than I thought, but it had all the pots & pans we needed. Couch was soft & comfortable. Balcony had fantastic view of ocean, beach & pool. Pool water was Very cold!!! There are lots of great restaurants, souvenir shops, an arcade, putt putt golf & a Walmart all near by. We will stay again

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! As with most beach accomodations with an elevator, they were a little slow and hot. I also noticed they had not been inspected and it was due in 05/23. The security guards and maintenance man were very personable and helpful. We are glad we chose to stay here.

Christmas at the Beach

The property is nice and location is great! Views were wonderful. Check-in was a breeze! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Beds were comfortable. The layout is a bit strange, with the master bedroom in the back of the unit. The bathrooms were a bit disappointing in that they were very cramped and hard to maneuver in. The only downside is that the unit looks larger in photos than it actually is. The indoor outdoor heated pool was wonderful! All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay at Tradewinds and would visit again.

Great condo-pretty furnishings:) very comfortable! Great location -beautiful view! Only concerns: please include the beach gate code and WiFi password in your welcome packet or the email. However-it was a quick response per text. We were not informed that the pool was closed and under construction—construction started at 7am and was very noisy when trying to enjoy our meals on balcony. Besides that—we loved it!!

The bathrooms are very small. Extremely tight fit in master bath. The internet kept going in & out. Had to restart the modem many times. The buffer circle would come during watching & at times would not find the program. Otherwise, this is a very nice condo! Very nice sun rises on the excellent balcony.

Great views, great for weekend getaway

Property has wonderful views and was very clean. It’s in a great location near restaurants and stores in Orange Beach and close to the Foley Beach express. Down side- pool is currently being renovated and not available and lots of construction noise starting at 7 am daily. We only found out a few weeks before our stay so we got a discount. Master is close to front door and by elevators so it gets a little noisy. It was comfortable for 4 of us, but would’ve been crowded if we had more. Also we were informed within hours of arrival the fold out couch wasn’t working. If you rent you may want to ask about that. Not bad for a few days though.
