Leeward Ave is a clean, spacious reverse living home on an amazingly friendly street. A fully equipped kitchen is open to the living/dining area with spectacular ocean views. Four large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two separate living spaces and and two decks offer a place for all to relax and enjoy.

Listen to the ocean waves as you lounge on the covered or uncovered front decks and bury your toes in the sand less than 100 yards from the front door. WIFI, Central air, UVC light (**see details below), washer/dryer, gas grill and 3 flat-screen TVs to keep you comfortable during your stay.

Get a sandwich from Lenny and John's, an ice cream from the Boardwalk or test your skills at pickle ball, all without ever leaving the neighborhood. Tennis courts and a large playground are just a few blocks away. Leeward Ave is an easy bike ride to restaurants, bars, Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Water park, mini golf, grocery and all that Beach Haven Borough has to offer. Leeward is a Great Location

The property is superb! The location is outstanding! Had a wonderful short trip to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday with family and friends and we will be going back! This house was everything we read about…nothing hidden and an overall great experience with the host!

Perfect location for family vacation

Had a wonderful time at 223 Leeward. Quiet neighborhood, beach block, lovely house, 1 block from ice cream, sandwich shop, and a great playground. You’d never have to leave the block, but if you did, it’s such a quick drive or bike ride to great restaurants and bars. Would absolutely stay again.
