Beach Haven Ocean Block Duplex - 6 bedrm 4 bath total. 3 bedrm 2 bath per unit

233 Merivale is a six bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex just 3 houses from the beach entrance. Prices reflect renting the entire house but units can be rented separately if available (see listing 2407133).

The Merivale beach has lifeguards and a designated surfing zone during July and August. There is a large playground with pickle/basketball courts just one block west.

Get breakfast and/or lunch from Lenny and John's, enjoy ice cream at The Boardwalk, swim, surf or try your luck at pickle-ball without ever leaving the neighborhood.

Merivale Ave is an easy bike ride to wonderful restaurants, bars with live entertainment, Bay Village shopping, Fantasy Island rides and arcade, Thundering Surf Water park, mini golf, grocery and all that Beach Haven Borough has to offer.

Both units have designated parking, outside showers and gas grills. All beds have mattress protection, quilts and pillows. Rental prices listed are for the entire house and price include 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges, 4 beach bikes and 2 beach umbrellas for each unit.

Both units have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Unit 2 has a porch and access to spacious roof deck with fire pit. Unit 1 has a covered deck and a second set of stairs that lead directly to the beach as well as a ground level picnic table.

The house is well stocked and extremely clean. Both units have WIFI, Central air, UVC light (**see details below), washer/dryer, gas grill and 2 flat-screen TVs to keep you comfortable during your stay.

Check in time is 3 PM and check out is at 9:30 AM. Pets will be considered for an additional fee of $350/unit (these fees are applied to allergy treatments that keep our homes safe for all). You may request bed linens for an additional $150 per unit.

**Our homes are always cleaned thoroughly between renters and, to ensure that you are breathing quality H2O, we have installed air purifying UVC lights in the HVAC systems at all our properties. These powerful lights cycle on with the air handling unit and sterilize the moving air by destroying dust, mold and germs.

My husband and I met in Beach Haven and continue to spend as much time as we can on the island. Our 3 boys, 12, 12 +13 who love the beach as much as we do. We live on Leeward Ave (just a block before Merivale) so you are sure to see them swimming and surfing long hours every day. If you have friends or family looking for a beach house , we have two other properties on Leeward that are also available to rent.
