Only an hour south of Munich and yet far out - tranquility from everyday life, holidays in the mountains in an intact landscape and in one of the most traditional Upper Bavarian towns Summer and winter vacation ... In our individual luxury wooden holiday home with flair, you can enjoy all the comforts of a modern yet cozy holiday home: custom-made fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, Nespresso espresso machine, coffee machine etc., large seating area in front of the fireplace, sauna on the 1st floor with a direct view of nature, small ones Relaxation library - far away from everyday life. 2 cozy bedrooms with a view of the waterfall on the 1st Upstairs and 2 bedrooms (with through room) in the basement allow a total of up to max. 8 people a relaxing vacation. 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Large terrace with lounge seating and garden furniture, sun lounger, grill and large garden, three parking spaces, one covered under the carport.
Hiking trails into the forest and nature begin right behind the house. The nearby waterfall, the Gumpen and the stream are a special adventure for children! In the village of Bayrischzell you walk only a few minutes. Our house is located on a street with hardly any traffic on the outskirts of town.

a hidden gem in the heart of the Alps!

We stayed at the Mitchell house in early to mid May, 2017. We had an absolutely lovely time! The house is immaculate, spacious, very bright and sunny. It has everything a family could want and then some. The location is very convenient to take day trips throughout Bavaria and Austria. The town is small, cute and extremely friendly. Everyone was willing to help with directions, advice, etc. Claudia is a very very sweet and caring host. She was out of town but stayed in touch the entire time via email, phone and text. We highly recommend making this your next vacation spot

Es hat uns super gefallen, wir kommen wieder :-)

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub im Haus Mitchell. Die Kids liebten den großen Garten mit Trampolin und die Nähe zum Fluss. Wir konnten es uns gemütlich auf der großen Terasse machen und haben die Abende mit Grillen u Co ausklinken lassen. Das Haus ist zudem super ausgestattet. Alles in einem TOP und wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Claudia! :-)

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub trotz wenig Schnee

Wir hatten im Winter einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus Mitchell. Kommunikation und Check-In liefen reibungsfrei und das Haus selbst bietet sehr viel Platz und tolle Ausstattung. Weil die Inhaber wahrscheinlich auch selbst oft dort sind, ist wirklich alles im Haus vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann. Vor allem die riesige Spielesammlung ist Gold wert wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Auch die Umgebung war toll. Ein echter Tipp für Skianfänger ist das Kinderland Schlepplifte in Thiersee (ca. 15 Auto Minuten entfernt). Jeden Morgen haben wir einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Bäcker im Ort gemacht, wo es wirklich super leckere Brötchen und Kuchen gab. Falls man mal einen Tag Pause vom Skifahren braucht, kann man auch direkt vom Haus aus eine tolle Wanderung den Hang hoch machen und toll am Fluss spielen. Insgesamt also eine toll ausgestattete und gelegene Unterkunft, die man jedem nur weiterempfehlen kann!

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 4-jährigen Kindern . Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ideal. Zudem lässt auch die Ausstattung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder .

super schoenes haus. leider nicht geeignet fuer groessere familien bzw. 8 personen.

das haus ist sehr schoen und familiaer. leider stimmt die beschreibung nicht. es sind zwar 8 betten vorhanden. davon sind aber zwei stockbetten (wie auch korrekt inseriert) und ein durchgangszimmer mit zwei zusaetzlichen betten. das ist so leider nicht beschrieben und dringend wzu wissen. also das haus ist ideal fuer 4 erwachsene und 2 kinder.

Schönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage

Wunderschönes Haus im charmanten Bayrischzell

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (7 Personen, davon 1 Kleinkind). Das Haus ist schön, modern, sauber. Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Check-in und -out hat super funktioniert und Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich (wenn auch nicht physisch anwesend). Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Man hat seine Ruhe in diesem Haus, der Sitzplatz ist auch wunderschön und die Küche grosszügig eingerichtet. Ich kann das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen! Danke an Familie Mitchell für den schönen Aufenthalt in Bayrischzell.
