Welcome to Beach View #5—where comfort meets convenience in a central, walkable location. Guests enjoy two assigned, covered parking spots beneath the building, with stairs leading up to the condo entrance. As you climb, you'll pass the shared heated pool, which you'll also enjoy from the screened lanai off the kitchen and guest bedroom.

This spacious condo features an open floor plan, two private screened lanais (one facing the pool), and two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king beds, making this a perfect home base for two couples, solo travelers, or a small family.

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal prep, and the living room includes a 50" smart TV and ample seating for winding down after a day at the beach. The central AC system was newly replaced in August 2025.

The secure ground-level storage closet is a guest favorite—perfect for stashing beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and any rental gear you bring or arrange through our concierge service.
