Other Things to Note:

- The property runs on rainwater, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their water usage.

- Our toilets use bore water, which is naturally high in minerals. This can cause some staining or discoloration in the bowls over time. Please note this is purely cosmetic, the toilets are clean and fully functional.

- The bathtub is filled with tank water that is perfectly safe for bathing (and even drinking). Due to its natural mineral content, it may have a slight yellow/brown tint when the tub is full. Rest assured, the water is clean and safe.

- Fallenwood has growing vines used for an associated wine label, Amour. The winemaker may require brief access to the vines from time to time, usually once a month, with slightly more activity around harvest. Visits are minimal, non-intrusive, and always scheduled with guest privacy in mind.

- The pool is serviced by Poolside Orange every Thursday. The visit is quick, typically around 30 minutes.

- The home features two working indoor fireplaces plus an outdoor firepit. Firewood is not supplied but can be purchased locally at service stations or Bunnings.

- Fallenwood is a country property, which means local wildlife is part of the experience. While there’s nothing to be concerned about, guests should be mindful of the possibility of snakes or spiders.
