Named for the “Star of the Sea,” this remarkable retreat radiates elegance, comfort, and thoughtful design at every turn—offering a true escape where the beach meets refined sophistication.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the harmonious blend of luxurious modern coastal design. Expansive living spaces, soaring ceilings, and tasteful coastal décor create an atmosphere of serene grandeur while maintaining a warm, inviting feel. Every detail has been considered, from 11 bathrooms that make daily living seamless to a central location near Silver Sands Premium Outlets, fine dining, and local entertainment. The main living area is anchored by a 100-inch Smart TV, making it the perfect gathering spot for movie nights, game days, or relaxed evenings together.

Designed for entertaining on a grand scale, the chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances, two blenders, ample counter space, and an oversized island. With generous dining seating and dinnerware for 25+ guests, hosting large family meals or celebratory dinners is effortless. Multiple king suites and a fun bunk room ensure comfort and privacy for guests of all ages, while a dedicated game room adds another layer of entertainment for groups.

Step outside to your private oasis, where a sparkling pool, hot tub, and four reclining loungers invite long, sun-soaked afternoons. Enjoy the added convenience of complimentary seasonal beach service, including four chairs and two umbrellas, waiting for you just steps away on the sugar-white sand. Three beach totes and a cooler are also provided to make beach days even easier.

Sun-drenched balconies offer glimpses of the Gulf and gentle sea breezes—the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Inside, thoughtful amenities continue with two sets of washers and dryers located on the first and third floors, making extended stays and large groups especially convenient.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing escape, celebrating a special occasion, or reconnecting with loved ones, Stella Maris elevates every moment with space, comfort, and the timeless charm of the Star of the Sea.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, initial trash liners, and a starter supply of toilet paper and soaps in each bathroom. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.


The pool can be heated between October and April for an additional daily fee upon request. An extra charge applies for heating requests made within 48 hours of check-in.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
