Located on 400 feet of bay front, - 20 from the white sand beaches of Destin and Miramar, is EDEN MANSION, a 7,000 square ft mansion and 2,000 square ft guest house, with gorgeous water views from many rooms!
Located on 4 beautiful acres, filled with 100 oak trees and lush greenery, you will be in another world, watching dolphins from the front patio. Bring your boat or park your sea plane! There is a boat launch just down the road (and plans to build a dock in the future). Venture across the street and fish, kayak, paddle board, or just take in the scenery.
This is perfect for large families and special occasions.

Eden Mansion, the big main house, offers 7 bedrooms (9 if you use the study and den as bedrooms) and 7 full bathrooms & 2 half baths. Eden Mansion has a dream kitchen with bay views and there is a kitchenette in an area of the main home as well. It totals 7,000 square feet. The master bedroom has TWO full bathrooms inside! The Mansion has 3 laundry areas (3 washer/dryers).

Guest house has 3 bedrooms & 3 full ensuite baths and totals 2,000 sq ft with it's own enormous full kitchen, living rm and it's own laundry rm.

This home is able to host events, but they must be approved, with an approximate guest count, and may be subjected to an event fee.

The two homes can be rented separately or together, and there are separate listings for both homes. This listing is for BOTH homes. If rented separately, the guest house will have a separate, very large area to spread out and spend time outside away from any renters that may be in the main home.

If you love this property, save it, and check back every few months as I plan on making more and more outdoor gardens and areas to spend time in throughout 2024.

The property is in a great location — close to restaurants, stores, and even a nearby gas station. It had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.I do wish each room had its own bathroom, as some rooms had to share and showers were combined. That said, there are plenty of great outdoor spots around the property to relax and hang out.The pool was okay, though it wasn’t very clean during our visit — but to be fair, it was raining at the time, so no major complaints there.Overall, I’d recommend this property for a small group of families looking to spend quality time together or host a fun gathering.

I appreciated having your family stay at my home. It was so lovely to be able to host you.And I thank you for leaving the house tidy and clean. I apologize that the pool became dirty, the storms did bring a lot of wind, wind will blow the leaves in. The pool comes every monday and thurs early morning. With your Sun checkout , sadly the timing was bad with the next clean. I would love to host you again anytime. And next time, I can send my cleaning lady over there to clean it in between.If you guys want, should storms happen again. All my best to you have a great rest of the summer!

amazing bridal shower location

Having my bridal shower here was magical!!!! The weather was perfect and we had an amazing setup outside with tables, chairs and decorations. There are so many bedrooms! Our group of 18 never felt cramped at all and our party of 30 had an amazing time. I had asked the host what else we could do during our stay with this big group of women and she had so many great suggestions and ideas. We decided to turn the rest of our stay into an amazing women's retreat with painting outside/wine and games. My sister is currently discussing coming back for a yoga retreat. I appreciate all of your help. Thank you so much for caring so much about our time there.

Wonderful Place!

We did not want to leave. This was the perfect spot for my family trip. We made memories here that would not have been possible had we stayed in Destin which had been our original plan, crammed into a beach house with lots of stairs and not much room for 14. We had plenty of space it was as if we had a hotel to ourselves! The kids loved the large in-ground pool and the adults loved taking in the scenery. We were at the beach in no time when we did want to go. My Aunt and Uncle did not have to climb stairs as there were first floor bedrooms and only other bedrooms upstairs. Plenty of towels and extra pillows, anything we needed. The property has so much shade which made spending long hours outside possible. We didn’t need umbrellas. We had access to folding tables and chairs as well as chair covers and table cloths if we wanted to set up a dining place any place we wanted outside, which we used to eat under the trees one evening in view of the water.

After running a successful Air BnB in South Florida, I decided to follow my dreams and obtain a beautiful bay-front home in Freeport where I can spend quality time with my family and build memories. I rent this property on a case-by-case basis, and I strive to give guests a quality experience. I love traveling and running retreats as well as connecting with fellow young widowers. This will one day be my future full-time home for myself and my family.

Why they chose this property

This property is peaceful and has a combined 9,000 square feet of space! You will have more than enough room for so many guests and only having 1 neighbor on the driveway side means that the entire yard is your private escape. Watch the dolphins play, see the rainbows after the rain, and watch both sunrises AND sunsets!

What makes this property unique

-I am event-friendly! Please contact me about event ideas/plans/amount of guests, and I will tell you what events would be allowed at the property. As long as any loud outdoor music and loud gatherings are quiet by 10pm out of respect for the neighborhood. There may be an event fee in addition to your stay.
-This is one of the only homes in the area which has sweeping bay views from most rooms!
