Sea views, beach is across quiet street and reserve (50m.)
Main house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom but with a second shower in the laundry and a second toilet outside.
Outdoor living area with BBQ.
A fully self contained sleepout in the front corner of the section has a deck with amazing sea views and 1 Queen bed which is available for an extra $200 per night.
Well behaved pets by negotiation.
NO SMOKING anywhere on the property thank you.
Minimum length stay depending on time of year.
Long term stays possible and negotiable
