A cozy hideaway home with pool and barbecue, overlooking the golf course

Charming, spacious house has 3 bedrooms (though I try to only allow a max of 4 persons), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a welcoming open kitchen and dining room. Behind the house you will find the screened-in lanai with private heated pool, patio furniture and a gas grill, all with stunning views of the golf course. The house is quiet, located near the dead end in a gated community of the famous and beautiful Lely Resort.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, a large closet and direct access to the lanai. The large bathroom has two sinks, a shower and separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in one and two single beds in the other. The second bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower. The house comes fully equipped with 3 TVs, internet, telephone, bed linen, towels, beach towels, dishes, glasses, gas grill, patio furniture, washer and dryer, etc.

The house is only 2 miles from the Players Club, home of beautiful huge heated outdoor pools, tennis courts, gym, spa, sauna, restaurants, entertainment and much, much more! Transfer of membership to the 5-star Players Club and Spa is available to the visitor. You get an insight on (www.playersclubandspa.com).

For golf enthusiasts, Lely Resort with 2 public golf courses: Flamingo Golf Course by Trent Jones, Sr. and the Lee Trevino inspired extraordinary Mustang course. (http://www.lely-resort.net/golf-at-lely-resort/) There are plenty of other golf courses in the area. (www.naplesgolf.com).

For a water and beach holiday, you are only a short drive away from Naples and Marco Island beaches. The beaches of Naples are gorgeous and regularly receive the best reviews of the United States. (www.explorenaples.com/naples_beaches.phtml ).

For water sports, there is swimming, diving, jet skiing, paragliding, fishing, and much more. With so much coastline, Naples offers something for all ages.

Once you are finished with all these activities, enjoy some peace and quiet at the house. Great location

We enjoyed a relaxing vacation is this lovely villa. The home is very accurately represented in the photos. The home is in a great location, close to many amenities and nicely positioned to watch the golfers all day long. The owner was most helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed the added bonus of the Players club, and hope to return to this slice of paradise in the future!

Wonderful house and beautiful resort

Paradise in Naples

This was our second visit to Heike and Theo's villa and it just keeps on getting better. The additional touches they have added does make it feel like a real home from home in the sun. The villa is very well maintained and has all the mod cons required. We enjoyed another wonderful stay although we still didn't have enough time to do all that we had planned to do. As has been said Heike is one of the most organized and accommodating owners you could ever have. A pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Paradise in Naples

Our two weeks at Heike's home at the Masters Reserve were relaxing and quite enjoyable. It was like being at home, except it was a lot warmer. Heike has thought of everything from the welcome book with all sorts of hints to make your stay enjoyable to bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs, the bbq ... Her home is up to date, spacious, very clean and on a quiet crescent. Having breakfast on the patio after a quick swim and watching the golfers go by was a real treat. We can't wait to return! We recommend this holiday to anyone! An added bonus was the membership to the Players Club where we enjoyed tennis, bocci and people watching by the beautiful pools. Phil. P

You Can't Go Wrong Because It's All So Right!

Heike was great to work with. Responsive, informative and accommodating throughout the process. Lely Resort is a beautiful resort in a great location with superb facilities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed all that Naples has to offer from the restaurants (Sea Salt was our favorite), to the beaches (Vanderbilt) to the things to see and do in the area (Naples Botanical Garden). The house and pool were wonderful. Heike had everything we needed, from the comfort of her beautiful home the to little extras (beach towels, chairs and umbrellas) that made our stay enjoyable and effortless. Loved, loved, loved every minute that we were there. The only difficulty was choosing between the resort facilities, the beautiful beaches and the privacy of Heike's lanai on a daily basis. We'll be back.

A vacation to remember

My family and I recently returned from a truly wonderful vacation at this property. The planning, however started months earlier as I coordinated a 40th birthday surprise for my husband. Heike helped me every step up the way. From the first email Heike sent me, I knew this was the property I wanted to book. Heike was prompt, kind and helpful in all her communications and took time to fully answer my questions and even make some great suggestions. When we arrived at the house, there was a wonderful card and little surprise for my husband to celebrate his birthday- such a nice touch! The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and fully stocked. The additions of beach towels , umbrella and chairs were so convenient when we hit the beach. The pool was perfect and my boys (2 and 5) loved it. The barbecue looks brand new and we ate on the deck every chance we could get. We spent a day at the clubhouse and it too was amazing. Great staff, huge pools, clean facilities and great food in the clubhouse. It was a really nice addition to our vacation. Naples is very close and shopping and amenities were easily accessible. I can't say enough about this vacation, house and Heike. Heike, thank you for welcoming us in your amazing home. It was a true pleasure and we hope to return again. Da wir bereits im Vorjahr so begeistert von Naples und dem Haus von Heike waren, haben wir auch dieses Jahr wieder das Haus für unseren Urlaub gemietet. Es war wieder alles perfekt. Viel Spaß hatten wir immer beim täglichem Frühstück am Pool. Dort hatten wir eine tolle Sicht auf die Golfspieler, denen wir immer gerne zuschauten. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen, da wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben.. Unser Ziel für das nächste Jahr steht bereits fest. MfG

Home away from Home

With each return trip to Paradise in Naples we find more things to do and leave thinking we should have done this or could have done that. The need to return is so strong we always look for return flights for the following year as soon as we get back home. This year we rented a boat and it was great fun stopping off for lunch and seeing dolphins and turtles within touching distance of the boat. We spent a bit more time at the Players Club but were just as happy by the villa pool having a bbq and a cool drink. We used the beach equipment in the garage a couple of times for our visits to the beach which was fun and more comfortable. The villa is very comfortable and the facilities are excellent with no shortage of equipment making it just like home with a lot more sun. Heike is great to deal with and nothing is too much trouble in sorting out any queries or giving advice on where to go or what to do in Florida. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa.

A wonderful pool home in Naples FL

My wife and I have been renting this wonderful pool home for a number of years and always find it to be the perfect place for a southwest Florida visit. Whether you are seeing the sites in Naples, enjoying the amazing amenities at the Players Club or just enjoying the day around your private heated pool watching the golfers go by, this is the best place to stay! The home has everything you need to feel right at home and it is so comfortable, it is always hard for us to leave. The owners, Heike and Theo, are not only very attentive and helpful with the renting and effortless check in process, but also occasionally provide local updates to help ensure you fully enjoy the Naples experience. Ein perfekter Urlaub in Naples

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben hier herrliche Sonnenuntergänge direkt vom Pool des Hauses erlebt. A Special Place

We have stayed at this lovely home three times, and are coming back for a fourth time in 2018. We are a family of four with younger children. When we travel, we like to have space for downtime. This home is a perfect headquarters for your Naples vacation. First, the home is CLEAN. That is essential. The pool is WARM (another essential). The home is furnished with bikes, beach chairs, coolers and everything you need to enjoy the pool or day at the beach. The Players Club pool area is where we have spent the most time. It is a true 5 star resort that you have access to when renting this home. Pool service, plus two bars with restaurants, bocce ball, two magnificent pools, tennis...It is a hidden gem. The owner of this home, Heike, is also a gem. In our last trip, Heike helped arrange for groceries to be delivered on Christmas Eve for us. As our flight was delayed, it was nice to come home to a stocked fridge. I could go on and on about this home, the Players Club, Naples and Heike. Know this, if you rent this home, you will have a cozy clubhouse for an amazing vacation.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Eine tolle Villa mit bester Ausstattung. Mehr kann man nicht bieten. Wunderschöne Raumaufteilung mit viel Sonne und tollem Pool. Auch die Vermieterin Heike ist unheimlich nett und hilft immer und überall. Man fühlt sich in dieser Villa wie zu Hause ;-) vom ersten Tag an und möchte eigentlich nicht mehr abreisen.

Wonderfull stay and house.

It was our third stay in Lely Resort, and the socond stay in this lovely house. All necessities are available in the area to make the holiday A pleasant one. The House is Well maintained and invites you to enjoy your stay. Heike is so easy to collaborate with, helpful and personal, she really wish her renters the best experience. Great Setting

My wife and I just returned home from a two week stay at Heike's house in Naples. Just as other reviewers have commented, Heike was super great to work with! The location of this property is what first drew us to it - within the Lely Resort, short ride to downtown Naples, backs up to a golf course - but the house and amenities were outstanding as well. We had a great time and are planning next year's trip there already.

Comfortable vacation home

Heike was a delight and very explicit in detailing what was available in her home. The house is certainly roomy and comfortable and the Lely resort area is beautiful. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed touring around the resort neighborhood. The pool was a highlight and was used daily. We were delighted to learn about this rental home through a friend and vacationed there in 2014 and 2016. Excellent rental home and wonderful area for a relaxing vacation.

Why they chose this property

We were in Naples on business in 2012 and fell in love with the town. It is so relaxed here and the beaches are unbelievable. So we decided to maybe look into a place for us. From all the places we saw, this was the only one that appealed to us from the first look. It is spacious and bright, and the look onto the golf course reminds you that you are on vacation. We love the quiet and very well-kept neighborhood and enjoy the priviledges of the Player's Club. This was the perfect place for us. We hope it is for you as well.

What makes this property unique

The house is in a quiet, gated community, with little traffic and alot of peace. We offer the advantages of membership to the Players Club. The house is spacious and well-designed, such that you immediately feel at home upon entering. The best is sitting out in the lanai, enjoying a good book in the warm, Florida sun and watch the golfers go by.
