House was comfy, just very warm. A/C was not working and we were there during 90* days. Being a weekend we were stuck, they were great about compensation but nights were hard to sleep. Beds have heavy comforters...I would switch to lighter quilts for summer months. Yard was roomy but not fully fenced. A gate on the backside of the deck would be handy for pets or little ones. Location was great for our purpose. Beautiful area...loved the rivers, lakes...good food.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Cozy Cub. We are glad the location and amenities worked well for you, and we are truly sorry the A/C issue made those hot nights uncomfortable. Your suggestions to switch to lighter summer bedding and add a gate for pet/child safety are excellent. We will explore both improvements to enhance guest comfort and security. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope to welcome you back for a smoother stay in the future. Thank you for being our guest.
