🧹 Long Stays: For bookings of 14 nights or more, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning to keep the apartment fresh. Guests can choose a Refresh & Restock or a Full Clean for $150. For extended stays, we can create a tailored cleaning schedule with periodic upkeep and inspections to ensure the property stays in top condition.

📜 House Rules: Please review and follow the house rules before booking.

➣ No Parties: Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction and additional charges for damages or deep cleaning if required.

➣ Noise Awareness: The apartment is located in an exclusive and peaceful part of Sydney with wonderful neighbors. Please be mindful of noise after 10 pm. We ask guests to treat the space as our home away from home.

➣ Keys: Lost key sets will incur a $50 replacement fee, so please take care when checking out.

➣ No E-Bikes or E-Scooters: For safety reasons, e-bikes and e-scooters are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, in the parking area, or anywhere in the building. They pose a serious fire and safety risk. Violations may incur fines of up to $2,500.
