This was an excellent place to stay with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family with adult children. We used it as a home base for Zion (30 min) and Bryce (2 hrs) which allowed us to cook our own meals, do laundry, and relax. The home was clean and super quiet in a residential neighborhood. Groceries and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked and we had no problems. The place is very nicely decorated and up to date. We highly recommend it.
