There are 2 full bathrooms, clean and practical, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for daily use. Fast Wi-Fi is available, perfect for remote work or streaming.
To encourage responsible air-conditioning usage during longer stays, electricity is included up to R$100 for stays longer than 3 nights. If consumption exceeds this amount, only the difference will be charged at check-out. This allows comfortable use without waste.
