Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Perfect for a weekend with friends!
I've visited Winter Park and stayed at this specific condo for a few years now. Every time it exceeds expectations, and the entire group loves it. Would recommend for larger groups (6 people) who want proximity to the mountain (drive/bus) and the town of Winter Park (walkable to restaurants).
Condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our ski trip to Winter Park. Timber Fox condos is a short walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and liquor store. Great kitchen with all utensils needed for meal prep. Large TV and comfortable leather couch in the living room. In unit washer/dryer was convenient for small loads. Huge community hot tub provides space for multiple families, though we had the hot tub to ourselves most evenings. Shuttle stop in front of Timber Fox condos provides for a great way to get to Winter Park Resort.

Condo was well appointed with everything needed for our ski trip to Winter Park. Timber Fox condos is a short walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, city park, and liquor store. Great kitchen with all utensils needed for meal prep. Large TV and comfortable leather couch in living room. In unit washer /dryer was convenient for small loads. Huge community hot tub provides space for multiple families, though we had the hot tub to ourselves most evenings. Shuttle stop in front of Timber Fox condos provides easy access to Winter Park Resort.

The unit is in a great location with quick access to restaurants and the bus. Unfortunately, our unit was not clean and smelled like burnt food for the duration of our stay. The floors weren't clean so it made the stay slightly less relaxing. Our car didn't fit in the parking garage with a topper so make sure you read about height restrictions for this building as the other one wasn't as low. Wouldn't stay here again given that the quality didn't match the price.
