Gulfside Place 101 is a premium vacation opportunity you won't want to miss. This corner unit condo is 2698 square feet, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large, 400 square foot wrap-around lanai, gulf front views and private staircase for easy beach access.

This unit has a new owner, and bathrooms will be renovated and the kitchen opened up for an even more spacious feel. The relaxing master suite also offers Gulf front views, with sliding door access to the lanai, and double vanity bathroom renovation occurring this summer. There are two guestrooms for friends and family, with a queen bed and two twin beds.

Gulfside Place is a lush, tropical paradise on 17 acres with beautiful 1200 feet of beach front access. Other complex amenities include covered parking, fitness center, clubhouse with kitchen, library, two Olympic heated swimming pools, two saunas, 6 grills, two shuffleboard courts, six lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, with loaner equipment provided. Unit is also conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants.
