Charming apartment, a few minutes from the beach, children welcome

Located in a quiet residential area and yet centrally located with good transport links, our simple but well-maintained apartment offers everything you need to escape the daily grind.
A cozy bedroom with double bed and a living / bedroom with a closet folding bed for 2 persons and a sofa bed ensure that you can recover well. A cot is available if required, is available.
Whether you are in the functionally furnished kitchen in the self-catering or take the local gastronomy, is entirely up to you.
The apartment has its own access via a metal spiral staircase.
A footpath you can reach the beach and the center in about 9 minutes.
After a day of impressions from the beach and the surrounding attractions, you can end the day in the cozy sunny balcony or relax on the couch with a book. For smaller children in the meantime, a large Duplobox or picture books / books are available.
The beach sand you can get rid of in the shower-bath.

Schöne FeWo mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Ich habe die Ferienwohnung relativ kurzfristig gebucht für einen Kurzurlaub mit einer Freundin und unseren Kindern (1,3 und 5 Jahre alt). Sie war unsere zweite Ferienwohnung, die wir für 2 Nächte gebucht haben, da die andere Wohnung auch nur für 2 Nächte verfügbar war. Die Absprachen liefen super und unkompliziert, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken und unser Gepäck abstellen. Frau Kutterolf war eine freundliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend und es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Für Menschen/Kinder mit Höhenangst könnte der Zugang über die Außentreppe eine Herausforderung darstellen, aber für uns und unsere Kinder war es ok - auch das knapp zweijährige Kind kam sicher hoch und wieder runter. Die Wohnung liegt recht nah zum schönen Strand von Laboe, allerdings auf einer kleinen Anhöhe - sodass ein kleiner Aufstieg nötig ist, um sie zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in schöner Lage

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man gelangt zu Fuß zum Strand und in den Ort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles, was man braucht.

Hübsche Wohnung, nette Lage. Gepflegter Zustand. Jedoch mit einem sehr eigenwilligen Verständnis des Gastgebers bzgl der Gesamtkosten. Freundlich erklärt: Es ist schlicht wie unfair bei Abfahrt nochmals eine Endreinigung iHv 35,- in bar zu verlangen. Kann man versuchen, sollte man aber besser nicht.

Kleine Ferienwohnung mit viel Potential

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen und war liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert. Sehr angenehm überrascht hat uns, dass die Bilder auf dem Portal nicht mehr mit der Realität übereinstimmen: die Küche hat ein Update erhalten, im Schlafzimmer steht ein Box-Spring-Bett und auch im Wohnzimmer steht ein anderes Tagesbett. In beiden ließ es sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte allerdings besser sein, der „Markt“ war zwar sauber, im Detail ließ die Sauberkeit aber zu wünschen übrig: Schmutzige Stuhl-Polster und Couchtisch-Überzüge, an anderen Stellen eine dicke Staubschicht. Im Geschirrspüler waren noch Essensreste von Vormietern… Die Vermieterin auf das Problem angesprochen, begründete sie es mit dem geringen Entgeld für die Reinigung. Unschön war auch, das das Wasser im Waschbecken im Badezimmer kaum abläuft und die obere Türangel der Wohnzimmertür steckt nur lose im Rahmen, sodass diese sich immer mal wieder verselbstständigt. Richtig gefährlich war der Zugang zur Wohnung, der Vorgarten eine Baustelle: neben der Wendeltreppe ein großer Erdhaufen. Auf dem Weg zur Wendeltreppe fehlten einige Gehwegplatten, was mit reichlich Laub kaschiert wurde. Unter dem Laub lagen Steine. In den Senken stand dann nach starken Regenfällen auch noch Wasser. Die Vermieterin schon bei der Anreise auf die gefährliche Situation angesprochen, versprach diese zwar Abhilfe, passiert ist jedoch nichts.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wendeltreppe hoch war etwas eng mit einer großen Tasche sowie der Übergang zut Terasse. Man schnell im Zentrum. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.
