Shops, beach, the sea water wave pool or the sea center are within walking distance. Alone, the wonderful sandy beach will make your summer vacation a dream. Zentral gelegene Unterkunft, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Balkon mit Sonne von morgens bis in den Nachmittag. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit Fehlern
Die Elektroinstallation der Wohnung muß erneuert und verbessert werden! Am Bett keine Steckdosen, die Lichtschalter ohne Funktion! Der Durchlauferhitzer in der Küche sorgte für mehrere Stromausfälle(alle elektrischen Geräte der Küche haben eine gemeinsame Sicherung). Der Hausmeisterservice kam sehr schnell, hat aber nur den Boiler außer Betrieb gesetzt. Sonst alles in Ordnung. Leider ist der Strand in Laboe nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Eher als Planschbecken!

Guter, naher Strand/ Strandpromenade.Allerdings fehlt fußläufig ein kleiner Supermarkt. Sonst alles
Eine praktikable Wohnung, könnte nur etwas sauberer sein. Und vor unserer Unterkunft war eine kleine Baustelle.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir kümmern uns immer gerne um Probleme. In dem Haus gibt es viele WLAN Hotspots und alle können mit dem gleichen Ihnen zugeteilten Code verwendet werden. Geht ein Hotspot nicht, einfach einen anderen benutzen. Leider wussten wir nichts von dem Problem

Sauberkeit 3 - noch gut gesagt...
Bettdecken ( 1 ) mit gr.Fleck....sah nach Orin aus....
Badezimmer kein Licht....musste die Stehlampe aus dem Wohnzimmer aushelfen....
Fenster gingen teilweise schlecht oder überhaupt nicht auf...
Treppe zu den Schlafzimmer sehr steil....nicht's für ältere oder gebehinderte Personen....
Sonst ok,Lage hervorragend und die Bestückung de Wohnung, na gut,teilweise Küchenbestecke in dem Schrank wo der Staubsauger steht ..
Wie gesagt, wir waren nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung...also soweit ok.....
