Place is nice

My family had a blast here. House is very clean and welcoming. Love the walk in shower in the master bedroom. View from the sun room is breathtaking. There are TVs in every room and kids were occupied in the morning. Great value for your money!

Get away

We enjoyed our mini get away at this property. It is very modern and cozy. The view is stunning and breathtaking. The house has plenty of room to accommodate 2 families. We liked the walk in shower which was very beneficial for my orderly mom. Hopefully will be back in the summer.

Little paradise

We absolutely in love with the house! My family spend Thanksgiving here and were not disappointed. House has everything you need to prepare homemade meals. It is very clean and all furniture and decor are like new and very stylish. It has plenty of room for 5 adult and 5 kids. What we loved the most is the VIEW. It is stunning!!! And the coffee table in the sunroom was our favorite place to have the breakfast and enjoy the water view. What I was surprised is that house had a fireplace and it made feel sooo homy. Neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed taking walks. There is a North park in a walking distance and we enjoyed winter lights there. It was our first time experience to spend Thanksgiving at the beach, and we would gladly do it again. Planning to rebook for the summer as well and enjoy this gem again!

Unfortunately our stay as a family of five at this property was very disappointing. Issue 1: Two hours prior to arrival we received an email that the gas stove top was having issues and would be supplied with an electric cook top. We arrived and this was not provided. We sent a follow up email but did not receive a response over the next two days. We called and after several exchanges with Evolve the property manager came out and tried to convince us it was fine to use "just low pressure making the humming and clicking sound" I explained with children in the house this was unacceptable. Finally got electric cook top. Told we would be compensated but yet to receive any.Issue 2: Cleanliness very poor. Found food wrappers and trash behind the bed in kids room. Blood stains on pillows and comforters with stains. Furniture very beat up, dirty floor boards, and walls with grime and finger prints everywhere. Ants (but near beach can be expected) Pots and pans put away dirty. Issue 3: safety.. dock had loose boards that popped up when walked on causing us to trip. One room smoke detector missing. Second bedroom smoke detector went off at 1 am on kids room and needed to be replaced (they did replace 1 upon contacting) Bathroom light bulb broken with exposed filaments (did turn on but exposed) notified of problem and went unaddressed.Bottom line save your money and spend it somewhere else cleaner and better maintained. We have email correspondences and photos of conditions.
