Always love to come back to this place!! The house is decorated well and very homey. The beds are comfortable and the home is well maintained. It has a community pool right out front and the community is family friendly. Jolly Roger Park and Jolly Roger Water Park are walking distance for teens. The canal and dock are great for a 20 foot boat and it's the easiest boat slip in the neighborhood and plus it's protected from storms unlike bayfront docks. Owners are great with communication and respond quickly to any questions. Plan to book again!
We had a nice time with our boat here. It was easy to dock and when a storm blew in it didn’t get thrown. Loved all the space in the kitchen and the updated downstairs. Thanks for sharing your home.
The place was perfect for our family of 7! Very clean, quiet relaxing community. We loved waking up every morning and sitting on the back porch watching the fish jump in the canal! We walked to the beach daily and to buddy’s one night for drinks! We got a Walmart delivery for groceries very convenient location!

Nice
Very nice place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Homie. Loved it
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Property was exactly as described and clean upon arrival.
Our only disappointments were that the grill didn’t have propane and the back patio umbrella was broken.
Best improvement would be new mattresses. Having a back ache all week is a bummer

The Perfect Place
Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. We did LOVE it and had a wonderful family vacation time.
The grandchildren learned how to fish and crab right there on the dock area. The grownups (and grandchildren) enjoyed our half day pontoon boat trip, our days on Assateague Island, nights on the Boardwalk among the many things we did for week. The weather cooperated, so we were able to do everything on our "to do" list.
We were all exhausted, but not so much that we didn't already start planning our next year's OCMD trip. It's a yearly thing for us.
It was a pleasure working with the vacation rental homeowner.
Great location, but wasn’t satisfied with my experience
Great location! The washing machine wasn’t draining and it took a couple of days to get repaired. The hvac unit wasn’t cooling the house. After a couple of days, the repair technician told me that it didn’t have a filter in place and the unit needed a major repair. The repair wasn’t made during my stay and the home averaged 80* inside and was definitely uncomfortable.

Crumbling in nearly every room and failing air conditioning makes for a horrible vacation
While the deck looks great from the water and in the pictures, it is literally crumbling everywhere. The deck boards are similar to the ocean waves and the pickets are falling apart. Forget about sitting on the upper deck adjacent to the master bedroom, it is not safe for even the smallest child. Everyone who stayed or visited tripped on the dilapidated deck boards and the same for the flooring inside the house. I should have listened to the previous reviews regarding the cleanliness. While it appeared clean on first blush, only the immediate surfaces have ever been dusted. The bathrooms were so outrageously dirty, we had to go to the store and buy bleach, a mop and paper towels we could throw away after cleaning the gobs of nasty hair and dirt left on the walls, floors and sinks in both upstairs bathrooms. Even worse than the crumbling deck, floors and walls, the air conditioning only worked upstairs in the two guest bedrooms. The house never cooled below 85 degrees on the hottest days of the year during the 4th of July. We had to spend a small fortune on fans just to be able to tolerate the soaring heat. If you plan to allow your children to swim in this area - forget it! It is not safe for anyone to swim in the canals here. The boat traffic is not only voluminous, but constant. We were even concerned about putting kayaks in the water the boat traffic was so heavy. Good luck finding the place upon arrival as there is no street sign to indicate the direction of the townhouse. I highly suggest renting elsewhere. I would never consider staying in this run down, unkempt hot box.

These quests have written a hatchet job in response to losing their deposit for not following our rules and our associations rule about rental quests bringing pets. They knew the rule as it is clearly stated and yet brought their dog anyway with absolutely no consideration for our home or our families or guests' allergies to pets . We had to replace several rugs and have the carpet cleaned as well as pay a fine to our condo association. I got to spend a day driving down and organizing the carpet cleaning with the current guests[ an unnecessary inconvenience brought on by this, on the guests and myself] and then the hour and forty five minute drive home. I have only once in twenty years at this location seen anybody swim in the canal, it is lined with docks and boats that access the bay and ocean, why would you with a beautiful pool 75 feet from the front door? Any parent who even considered allowing their children to swim in this canal is out of their min. It is not for swimming. These guests left the place a wreck . Our housekeeper said it was horrendous; not to mention they were an hour late checking out while our housekeep waited! The street sign had been stolen the week before there stay; however, I noticed this and called the city to inform them. I then texted the guest to inform them and told them which street they should turn on. It's the third right off Robin Drive. It is pretty simple for most people or anyone with a smart phone/gps. The upper deck facing the canal off the master bedroom In Gull Way has been completely redesigned and replaced two years ago. There is absolutely nothing unsafe about them. They are good for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I will not even address all the nasty untrue things they have said regarding the cleaniness. We had to pay our cleaning lady an addition $100 to clean up the mess they left for her to clean up for the new guests arriving!
This little community on Gull Way is a great place to stay. Every house is close proximity to the pool. We chose this house because it was on the end of the row. The house was recently renovated, which was really nice, and has a boat slip (with lift). The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so it’s convenient for the family. Right down the street from Jolly Roger (great place to visit) and under 10 minuets to the inlet/end of boardwalk. The owners were very pleasent to work with and always responded quickly/professionally. I would recommend this place!
The only thing that would have made the vacation better is a new mattress in the master. The frame is broken and the mattress sinks to the middle. Other improvements to the home are very nice. Thanks for a great week!
We stayed here in July with 3 teenage boys. The home was even better than the pictures. Clean and neat with modern decor. Everything was well organized and labeled with many nice courtesies left for guests. The home had plenty of room for us all and the location was near to everything and perfect for our boat. We found the neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The pool was also nice to have right out front. A nice addition for boaters is the lot to park your trailer. I reached out to the owner to ask a question and recieved a prompt and friendly response. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend to others.
Townhouse is adorable, pool was closed which was not listed, but the canal was great. Would definitely will come back, we all loved the place and had a wonderful time. Next time we will stay longer. Owner was fast getting back to us.
My family enjoyed our stay at this calm and quite rental. The unit felt spacious for a family of four and the kitchen had everything we needed for prepping. Felt like home.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything that was described was on point. Very close to everything. The corner property with the deck around us made it better. Crab traps were under the deck. We were able to keep six of the crabs we caught. It was a very relaxing house.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the property was exactly as it was advertised on VRBO, Sharon property owner was awesome. Would difenently recommend it our grandchildren will difenently not forget this summers vacation for years to come. Being right on peer difenently kept them busy with fishing and crabbing being on a corner lot didnt have to worry about neighbors they difenently had plenty of room to enjoy themselves in. Sharon thanks for allowing us to enjoy you're home

Great time!
This was our 3rd stay at this property and it was great! Only issue was with the owners of the other units. They treat renters like they're 2nd class citizens. Many of them wouldn't even greet or acknowledge us when we said hi or bye.

I am so sorry the other residents are behaving in such a rude and childish manner!
This is totally unacceptable behavior and I have reported this to our association board and to the Gull Way Supervisor.
You are not the first visitors who are being treated this way. These are non renters who
have caused problems often.
Thank you for your review. I hope this does not keep other renters from enjoying our
wonderful location.
We had a great stay. The house was neat and we really enjoyed the back porch and being an end unit.

Awesome find
We had a great time during our stay. The house was adorable and exactly what we expected. The location was great! Tucked away to enjoy the quiet and relaxing part of ocean city, yet extremely close to everything else ocean city has to offer. When we come back we will be sure to stay here again!

I am Dr. Sharon Yoder and am a full time national speaker and a professor at Wilmington University in Dover, Delaware. A world traveler , was single Mom with 5 children and grew up in Ohio, however, the ocean stole our hearts!
Why they chose this property
We love this corner lot. with water on 2 sides. It is lovely to have a beautiful, well-cared for swimming pool about 50 steps away from our front door and a dock for boats and crabbing for the children. The view from the upper deck reminds me of Venice when I drink my morning coffee!
What makes this property unique
This property is so close to everything and yet so peacerful and quiet. Unbelieveable , but true. We are a 10 minute nice walk to the ocean, a 5 minute walk to the water park and children's rides and a wonderful, safe area for bike riding, a great pub within walking distance and a quick walk to catch a bus to the boardwalk or if you do not want to drive.
