Klein-Ida, a lovingly furnished ground-floor holiday rental in a quiet location right next to the park and close to the Baltic Sea.
The high-quality and charming furnishings of the apartment in this delightful setting will make you feel as if you’re in one of Astrid Lindgren’s stories about Emil and Klein-Ida.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and thus accommodates two adults and two children, or two couples. A portable cot is also available.
The kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances. Adjacent to the terrace and garden is Börgerende Park, featuring a playground and a fitness trail.
The apartment features underfloor heating as well as a wood-burning stove, making it ideal for a cosy fall or winter stay.
The paintings on the walls are by a North German artist and highlight the apartment’s maritime character.
The bathroom is a little gem, a nod to the Belle Époque, with modern amenities including a shower and rain showerhead.

Towels, bed linens, final cleaning, and the visitor’s tax are included in the travel price.

The apartment consists of a living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a double bed, 2.00 m long and 1.80 m wide.
The smaller bedroom has a pull-out double bed, 2.00 m long and 1.60 m wide.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is equipped with brand-name appliances such as a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
It also includes a filter coffee maker, an espresso machine for Tchibo capsules, a kettle, and a toaster.
Bathroom with a rain shower.
A starter kit of cleaning and hygiene supplies is provided.
Firewood for the wood-burning stove is available at petrol stations and supermarkets in the region.
The patio is furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with four chairs.
The house has a coin-operated washing machine in the utility room.
