Overall great experience and strong recommend! The location is fantastic and nearby the falls! One suggestion for host, please list the property entrance in check in instructions which will help guest easily to locate the property!

We had a wonderful stay there for our large family gathering. It was an easy walk through the park to go downtown to keep from having to drive and park. The outdoor space was fantastic and we used it often as our weather was beautiful. The hot tub felt good after walking all day! The issue we had was that the owner has a 3rd party property management company, Evolve, who provided us with the incorrect address. There was no access to the property from the address given. It was a highway that runs behind the house. I spent approximately a hour on the phone trying to get the correct physical address. I was finally given the number of the owner and he was a fantastic help and gave me the correct street address to access the driveway.

We loved the house BUTthe dining room lights, dishwasher, washer, dryer and outdoor outlets did not work (Probably breaker but breaker was behind locked door and maintenance did not come to fix it) Barbeque was not safe.The outdoor space and parking was greatThe house was hard to find using the the assigned address

We can confirm that the electrical breaker has since been reset and everything is fully functional. We are also inspecting the primary barbecue and always keep backups on-site to ensure our guests' needs are met. Our home is a hidden gem in the area, and we are working to ensure future guests can find us easily. Thank you for your feedback!

The property was great but...... we had a third person booking fee added even though we did not book through them. We have no idea how they got that we booked with Evolve. It showed up and on their web page so they said we did book. They didn't believe me that I didn't book with Vrbo

Pros: plenty of hot water and great pressure. Beds mostly comfortable. Hot tub, patio, fire pit, pergola and dining area, parking, plenty of cookware, dishes, cups, glasses, towels and linens, WiFi, washer dryer, en-suite bathroom. Hugh patio plenty of seating. Location and access to roads. 2 refrigerators 1 had broken shelfCons: would never have rented this house if viewed in person. The pictures were deceiving. Photoshopped. Needs a coat of paint.Master en-suite shower handle ready to fall off, no dresser lived out of the suitcase for 7 days, no towel rack, cobwebs from painting to ceiling over the bed, balcony table falling apart, wooden deck of balcony splinter city.Wooden steps and railing splinters. Bedroom with Hugh spackle circles and wall paper peeling off the wall in the closet. Kids got locked in bedroom broken handle maintenance had to get them out. Bathroom 5 in the basement had to be unlocked. Shower looked skeeve.Only 1 TV controller. Never found the ROKU controller. When we lifted cushions looking for ROKU it was disgusting what we found. Queen sleep sofa loaded with cereal, cookies, crackers. Living room furniture worn and old. Sun room unusable due to temperature, clutter. Broken exercise bike. Weights rusty.Flat gas grill needed a 15 min cleaning. On 2 of 4 pilots lit. The other grills were horrible.

Our Family Vacation

Pro: plenty of hot water, greater water pressure, beds mostly comfortable, hot tub, patio with pergola & dining area, fire pit, parking, cookware (some needed to be rewatched prior to use), 2 refrigerators ( main on broken shelf), WiFi, washer and dryer, 1 TVcontroller that worked, location, linens and towels, en-suite bathroom, access to roads. Hugh patio area.Cons: Would never have rented this house if viewed in person. Pictures deceiving photoshopped. House needs a coat of paint.Master en-suite shower handle ready to fall off, no towel racks, no dresser so we lived out of our suitcase for 7 days, balcony floor splinter city, table unusable, cobwebs from painting over the bed to the ceiling.Wooden steps and railings splinters. A bedroom had Hugh spackle areas and the closet had sheets of wallpaper peeling. Children got locked in their room and required a maintenance man to get them out. He also had to unlock bathroom 5. Bathroom 5 is in the basement and the shower looked skeeve. 1 coffee pot broken and the other had coffee in it. You needed to rewash your flatware and some of the cookware before using.Sun room unusable due to temperature, clutter, broken exercise bike and weights rusty.2nd dining room no lighting so could use only during the day.Only 1 working TV. Never found the Roku controller. When cushions were removed to find the Roku it was disgusting what we found. Living room furniture is old and worn out. The queen sleep sofas were loaded with crackers, cereal. Gas grill was disgusting. Used the flat grill that took 15 minutes to clean only had 2 of the 4 pilots to light. Did use a wood stick to get the other pilots to light.As we arrived a house down the block was getting raided by SWAT TEAM.
