About this property

Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.

"Our property is a relaxing way to spend time with your family". "We can accept up to 6 family and friends to stay in our beautiful unit". "A very deep 1/2 acre property with private patio set, BBQ and fire bowl out back, Comfortable inside and relaxing and private out. Where in any City can you get such a large outdoor space to relax in?? We provide an assortment of Kids toys and even water sprinklers for not just the kids.. but for everyone to have fun with!
Plenty of Free parking here at the house!

The upper floor of a vacation home that has 3 areas to sleep. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Rear bedroom has a double bed (Just shy of a Queen). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Three full-size 4-piece bathrooms and all on one level.
Guest access
This is located on the second floor of a home and is separate, private and secure. The entrance is from the driveway and well lite and has a Self Check-in keypad entry system. We the owners live on the main floor.its just myself Mark, my wife Monica and our son Joseph. The house is really two homes, fire separation and soundproofing. We have enjoyed this arrangement as our guests do as well. Our guests are happy we are close by for help, advice and assistance. We provide total privacy for you. It has worked for the past 15 years as we respect our guests time here.
Other things to note:
You will be 1.5 KM or 1 mile to the Falls, a beautiful walk in summer as well in winter and is in essence a straight line from the house to there and back. You cannot get lost!

This beautiful home located on the Niagara river is close to the falls and an easy drive Niagara on the Lake. The owners did a great job communicating with us and and eve provided coffe and other essential items to us upon check in. Exploring the area

We had planned on a family vacation that didn't work out, needless to say, there was plenty of room for the two of us! Nice location as you had things to explore in both directions. Steps away from the local bus. We rode bikes all around the area.

Excellent apartment in great location

Our family of four stayed very comfortably in Mark's apartment - he was a wonderful host and made sure every detail was paid attention to. This cute place is in a safe, quiet area and walkable to the falls. It's also very easy to access town and other attractions via car. We spent an enjoyable three nights here and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it.

Great winter escape!

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat. We truly appreciated Mark’s thoughtfulness in providing supplies for breakfast, which was a great convenience and a lovely touch. Additionally, the umbrellas provided during the rainy days were a lifesaver and showed Mark’s attention to detail and care for their guests’ comfort. While the property listing was slightly inaccurate regarding the number of bedrooms, it wasn’t an issue since our girls enjoy sharing a room. I would suggest it is updated to 2bed/2bath for future reference.Thank you for an excellent stay!

Fantastic Home with Fantastic Host!

We had a great time in Niagara Falls. Mark’s house is in a great location, just a few steps from the bus stop or a small hike to Falls. Monica and Mike were fantastic host! They met us upon arrival and showed us the house. They were pleasant to visit with every time they were around, and gave great advice for our week. Their house is beautiful and well kept.

Memories

This is a great property! We took our 3 grandkids (15, 15, 10) for a week to Niagara Falls and the location was perfect. Everyone had their own room. Kitchen is small, but was ideal for us: breakfast everyday and dinner in 5 of the 6 nights (grilled steaks on the BBQ one night). Mark is a terrific host. He is adding a covered patio with pizza oven and large grill to his list of amenities. Highly recommend, we would return.

A Wonderful Oasis

This home is an oasis, perfectly located away from the noise of the tourist area, but is close enough to be there in minutes. It is a one minute walk from the WeGo bus stop which is a great way to get around the Niagara Falls area. The house is clean and well stock with what you'll need for a great stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch as we enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. You can see the mist from the Falls all day, Fireworks at night, and look across the river at the state of New York from the front porch. Be sure to ask Mark for advice on where to eat and what to see. He was very helpful on making our first vacation out of the U.S. a wonderful trip.

A Niagara Delight

This property is delightful. Situated within a 15 minute walk to the falls, it is conveniently located to all the action and yet offers a quiet reprieve from the bustle. The space is great for groups offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which allows for privacy and yet areas to gather. The kitchen is well stocked and Mark even starts you off with some groceries. We really enjoyed staying at this delightfully restored historic property.

Clean, quiet, classy!

We have stayed at rental vacation homes dozens of times across the USA. This home takes the cake. Clean, updated, classy, quiet. Not a piece of dust to be found. Separate entrance from the owners. Backyard for the kids to run. Helpful & friendly hosts. One of the Niagra parks staff members asked us where we were staying & she was intrigued because she said she’s been admiring the home for years & wondered what it looked like inside. A gem in Niagara Falls, ON

I spent my birthday week in Niagara Falls, ON and was fortunate to have stayed at this property. Mark, the owner, is a great host. I was scheduled to arrive early and since Mark and his wife had some plans that night, we agreed that I could come by early. Mark was very responsive to all my messages. He even gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday; that was a warm and generous gesture! The property is kept so well — very clean, cozy, and has most of the things that you are looking for in a vacation rental. If you plan to take the WEGO bus, the bus stop is just about four houses away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and I spent my mornings taking a walk by the river to Niagara Falls Park. I highly recommend this property and would definitely try to book this property again when I visit Niagara Falls!

Not a great experience.

Not a great experience. The owner of the property actually lives in the house he rents out. He lives on the main level and this place is on the upper. The ad did not state that someone would be living below. My 5 brothers and I had some drinks and stayed up late playing Xbox and cards. We did not have any music playing and didn’t invite anyone else to the VRBO. We were literally playing Xbox and card games until 5am. The owner sent me a message at 430am telling us that we need to shut our “party” down and go to bed. He then went outside in his boxers (which is completely inappropriate) where my brother was having a cigarette and told him that we were going to bother his neighbours and that he and his wife weren’t able to sleep with us playing cards and laughing and joking into the morning. Apparently the owner has a bed time that guests need to abide by however it is not written on the description of the vrbo. I get that nobody wants a party going at a rental, and we respected that. Literally playing cards and Xbox is as wild as we got! (Lame I know but we had fun). The manager called me multiple times to tell me that we needed our night to be over. I felt as though I was being harassed. The next day I politely replied to the owner stating that i can see our arrangement isn’t working for him and the we would gladly leave for half of our money back as we stayed for half of the time we booked. I received no answer to this. We continued through our booking and stayed another night to which there was no altercations. I then got an email at 1025am telling me that we need to leave as his cleaners were there and ready to clean the place. I advised the owner that his listing said 11am checkout and not 10am. He then called me again and told me that it has never said 11am and has always been 10am and that we need to leave. I then took a screenshot of his own listing which stated 11am. He apologized and told us we could stay until 11am however we were frantically trying to get our stuff packed an out at that point. We left the place in perfect condition. No garbage, everything put back into place and dishes washed. We were respectful guests that just wanted to stay up late and have some laughs with our family. The owner should make it clear that his sleep comes first. Or make it clear to families that they cannot stay up late before they book. We would have picked a different place had we known. Very disappointed. Not good.

This was located on the 2nd floor of the house and there is no hot tub, which is why I booked this place. But we had a good time and actually was not at the house much other than at night when it was dark out. It was very clean and there were plenty of blankets of needed. The host seemed very nice and they had a board with a few recommendations of things to do and see. It was about 1 - 1.5 miles walking to the falls and Clifton Hills. They also put a dozen of eggs, bread, and a couple other things. We really enjoyed our trip and the house. Even though the host was on the first floor it was still fairly quite and they were respectful of our privacy. I would definitely rent it again.

This property is only 1 mile or 1.6 KM away from the Falls and its attractions.
We are uniquely positioned; we face the Niagara River which is the water that has just fallen over the Falls as it travels to Lake Ontario. There is a stone wall along the river that if you follow it, will take you to the Falls and its attractions then just follow it back to the house. Simple.
