CONTINUING IN 2024, We are Happy to provide you Everything you need to make yourself a full Breakfast! We will have on arrival enough Eggs, Canadian Back Bacon, Orange juice, Bread, and Seasonal Fruit along with the coffee, tea's and everything else we already have for you on hand!. This is our way to say thanks for the many Great years we have had with so many wonderful guests. Also for 2022 we have laundry available with 2 nights or longer! We have upgraded our kitchen and added a dishwasher.

"A very deep 1/2 acre property with private patio set, BBQ and fire bowl out back, Comfortable inside and relaxing and private out. Where in any City can you get such a large outdoor space to relax in?? We provide an assortment of Kids toys and even water sprinklers for not just the kids.. but for everyone to have fun with!
Plenty of Free parking here at the house!

The upper floor of a vacation home that has 4 areas to sleep. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Rear bedroom has a double bed, another room that has two twin beds. Great for kids. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, Three full-size 4-piece bathrooms and all on one level.
Guest access
This is located on the second floor of a home and is separate, private and secure. The entrance is from the driveway and well lite and has a Self Check-in keypad entry system.
Other things to note
You will be 1.5 KM or 1 mile to the Falls, a beautiful walk in summer as well in winter and is in essence a straight line from the house to there and back. You cannot get lost!

A gem in Niagara Falls, ON

I spent my birthday week in Niagara Falls, ON and was fortunate to have stayed at this property. Mark, the owner, is a great host. I was scheduled to arrive early and since Mark and his wife had some plans that night, we agreed that I could come by early. Mark was very responsive to all my messages. He even gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday; that was a warm and generous gesture! The property is kept so well — very clean, cozy, and has most of the things that you are looking for in a vacation rental. If you plan to take the WEGO bus, the bus stop is just about four houses away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and I spent my mornings taking a walk by the river to Niagara Falls Park. I highly recommend this property and would definitely try to book this property again when I visit Niagara Falls!

Awesome place & hosts

Mark & Monica were amazing! We felt welcomed and absolutely loved the accomodations. It was a short, easy walk to the falls and we had plenty of comfortable space in the b & b. We'll definitely stay there again!

Why they chose this property

This property is only 1 mile or 1.6 KM away from the Falls and its attractions.
We are uniquely positioned; we face the Niagara River which is the water that has just fallen over the Falls as it travels to Lake Ontario. There is a stone wall along the river that if you follow it, will take you to the Falls and its attractions then just follow it back to the house. Simple.
