Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Hosting unauthorised parties will result in extra cleaning charges. Strictly no smoking/vaping is prohibited inside, on balconies, & near entrances. A $500+ cleaning fee applies if smoke is detected.
A standard cleaning fee is included. Additional charges apply for excessive mess, stains, smoke, rubbish, or damage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 9PM – 7AM (respect our local neighbours) Overstays or delays that disrupt the cleaning team may incur additional costs.
Guests hosting unauthorised parties will be charged for extra cleaning and may be asked to vacate immediately.

We found the property to be exactly like the pictures but in real life there was a real charm about the apartment. Nicky was extremely helpful with local information and weather reports. I would highly recommend this property as a great place to stay.
