"Paddington Granny Flat" is a centrally located Granny Flat that has everything you could need for a stay of any length. Including a kitchenette, seperate bedroom and Bathroom. 

Enjoy being a short walk away from amazing cafes and restaurants such as Black Out Coffee, Chapter IV and Subcorp stadium.

The perfect base to explore Brisbane from - close to the city but extremely safe.

Guests have access to all of the rooms and spaces that aren't locked.
Other things to note
1. We have guests upstairs, so please be mindful of excess noise.


2. Smoking is permitted outside, but not inside the home.


3. Our stay currently does not include wifi or a TV.

No the amenities were lacking as nowhere to sit to have a mealAnd there were cockroaches and I had to buy some spay to kill them and there were extra bin linersAnd very challenging to get into the unit very very steep drive way
