This was a very nice and spacious second floor space. A couple of the bedrooms are clearly used by younger kids, and the decor is very welcoming. The location is a quick ride away from the old city and also convenient to the falls. You can see the river form the windows.

Unfortunately, our stay started on a very unpleasant note. Upon arrival, the toilet was visibly dirty with urine and fecal marks, the shower showed clear signs of accumulated soap scum and grime, and the garbage bin still contained trash.Most concerning, the bed sheets did not feel fresh and did not smell like they had been recently washed. Due to the condition of the unit, we had to clean it ourselves upon arrival before we could feel comfortable settling in.While this was a very disappointing start and cleanliness is a basic expectation for any rental, I do want to note that after this initial issue, the rest of our stay was amazing. The property itself is great, and the owner is very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with.With proper attention to cleaning standards, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the condition of the unit upon your arrival. This was a problem with my cleaning service, and I've already addressed it directly. I have a checklist of all the things that should be done between each arrival that wasn't followed. I really wish you had felt comfortable reaching out when you arrived. I would have been more than happy to come right over or ask another cleaner to go immediately to make things right. Please know you can always contact me about anything during your stay, big or small. I'm glad that despite this disappointing start, you enjoyed the rest of your stay.
