6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Negative:Front door keypad didn't work the first day or so (took 3 hours to get in the first day). The disposal switch was broken so had to plug it in and unplug it each time we used it.The lights in the guest bathroom/bedroom flickered at times. The bathtub in the main bathroom was dangerously slippery. The TV required our own streaming subscription (they did install a TV antenna for us). A few panels were broken/missing on the window blinds. The Wi-Fi quit before we checked out. Positive: The location was ideal for us. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The backyard orange and grapefruit trees had tasty fruit.

Hi Ronald, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the beginning of your stay with the front door keypad, and we truly wish you had been able to reach out to us directly right away so we could have assisted you immediately. Unfortunately, we were only made aware of the issue once VRBO contacted us, and we would have been happy to help sooner. We also understand how frustrating that delay must have been. We appreciate your patience regarding the garbage disposal and other maintenance concerns, and we’ll make sure our team reviews everything you mentioned, including the lights, blinds, Wi-Fi, and bathroom safety, so improvements can be made. On a positive note, we’re really glad you enjoyed the location, the cleanliness and space of the home, the comfortable beds, and the backyard fruit trees. It means a lot to hear that you still had a good overall experience despite the issues. Thank you again for staying with us—we truly appreciate your understanding and would be happy to host you again in the future.
