Our Cozy Casita is the perfect place for a Couples Retreat or by yourself
Its located on a quiet Street in a Great Neighborhood
You will love the Arizona southwestern décor
Has its own entrance and your own code, key pad dead bolt Lock
You will enjoy sitting on the patio enjoying Arizona's great weather
This has one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen size bed
Washer/Dryer
2-Electric Fireplaces-2-Smart TVs
1-Bathroom with a large Walk in Shower and grab bars - Right Height Toilet
with plenty of supplies, soaps, toiletries, Towels, ect.
And a Full Kitchen which the Casita's kitchen is stocked with everything you will need with basic supplies, soap, spices, condiments, ect.
There is bottled quality reverse osmosis filtered drinking water at your sink

Pool is not heated,
Heated Spa for $10 per night per use

Small pet ok
Deposit will depend on length of stay from $100 to $250 - refundable
$10 per night but no more than $100 none refundable

Yes, Casita is attached to the main house but is closed off for Complete Privacy
The air is shared between main house and Casita

There is no Lifeguard on duty, and Occupants will swim at their own risk.
Guest will be responsible for each person who enters the pool area

7—There is a Remote to turn on the jets for the Spa and light for patio,
On a table on the back patio.

8—Pool hours are from 8am to 9pm longer if requested in advance

Queen Creek Casita

The property presented just as it was on VRBO site. Immaculate, comfortable bed, awesome shower. Easy access via freeway system or just staying on residential streets. Is definitely one that we would definitely consider returning to. Hosts were easy to contact if questions. Lovely neighborhood

Loved Casita Cooler

A beautiful one bedroom casita so nicely decorated and impeccably clean. We loved all the nice touches, the electric wall fireplaces provided both ambiance and warmth. We enjoyed sitting outside our door in the evening at the table and chairs provided. Lovely neighborhood, great location for us to visit our family who live in Gilbert and Queen Creek. Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We try to get away as much as possible
