The main level features an open-concept living area with a Smart TV, arcade games and a selection of board games for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island with seating, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while the adjoining dining area is perfect for family dinners and entertaining guests. The back yard is your private oasis, where you’ll find a relaxing hot tub under LED string lights, a fire pit lounge with comfortable seating, and back yard games like Connect Four and Jenga. Upstairs, there are two primary suites offering two luxurious queen beds, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage. The third and fourth bedrooms features a king bed and stylish décor including a convenient workspace, perfect for remote work or study, and an additional full hallway bathroom and laundry area complete the upper level for added comfort and convenience.

As our guests, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home and property including the back yard, garage and parking area.

For your safety, outdoor security cameras are installed in the front driveway, at the front door, and in the backyard. Thank you for your understanding.

These rules are listed to ensure you have a fantastic stay, while also honoring the property owner’s policies and being considerate of your neighbors. To avoid any additional charges, please take a moment to review the rules.

➤Smoking Policy:
• Fine: $1000+
Smoking is prohibited on the property. A fine of $1000+ will be charged for any violations to cover the cost of odor removal.

➤Unregistered Guests:
• Fine: $50 per unregistered guest
All guests must be registered through Airbnb and included in the reservation count.

➤Pets Policy:
• Fine: $125+
Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be charged for any undisclosed pet. The fine covers deep cleaning costs.

➤* STRICT * No parties, gatherings, or events. No exceptions. A $1000 penalty will be imposed for any unauthorized parties on the property. In addition, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.

Please note the hot tub is cleaned weekly.
