Our area continues to rebuild following recent hurricanes. While our paradise may look a bit different, the beaches remain beautiful and fully accessible—just steps across the street from this studio condo. Sunshine, breathtaking Gulf sunsets, and opportunities to create new memories are still very much part of the experience. Many new shops, restaurants, and attractions—along with beloved local favorites—are now open and ready to welcome you.

Please note: Restoration work is ongoing in common areas including the grounds, atriums, and landscaping. Some daytime construction noise may occur. Tennis courts remain closed; however, two temporary pickleball courts are available for guest use.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club has long been a favorite destination on Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast. This cozy studio condo, located in Building 4, provides a comfortable and convenient home base for beach lovers looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the beach lifestyle. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a memorable beach getaway.

Inside the Condo -

Over 500 sq ft of open-concept living, combining living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas, plus a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and screened 5th-floor balcony.

Living area has comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa, powered recliner, and TV with community cable.

Screened balcony with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Sleeping area with a king bed, ceiling fan, and walk-in closet.

Bathroom with extended vanity and walk-in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware, and small appliances including a drip-style coffee maker.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

Bed linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels provided.

Beach gear including chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

On-site laundry (pay-per-use) in Buildings 1, 3, and 5—this condo is in Building 4.

Free parking (no RVs or trailers permitted).

The five-building Bonita Beach and Tennis Club complex sits directly across the street from Bonita Beach and is close to three award-winning state preserve beaches: Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass, and Lovers Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and nearby communities offer endless options for dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife viewing, cultural attractions, and sporting events.

This condo offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to everything Southwest Florida has to offer.

Located approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.

Policies -

No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes) anywhere on the property, including the condo and balcony.

No pets.

Minimum rental age: 25. A government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name is required within 24 hours of check-in.

One guest in your party will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day, and one person will be free. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. These activities are yours to use if you chose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
