This place went above and beyond our expectations! The house was absolutely beautiful and location could not be better. I would highly suggest staying here as you will not be disappointed at all!! Will be staying here again when family comes back in town.

Renovated historic property in downtown Hartsville near Coker college. Excellent amenities and within walking distance to town. Has a large front porch for outdoor sitting that we enjoyed immensely. Highly recommend to families looking for an upscale experience.

Our son goes to nearby GSSM so we have rented this property a few times for orientation and parents weekend since we live 2 hours away. We love this house, it is spacious yet charming and so close to everything in Hartsville. The host has excellent communication. This property allows our family to feel at home, rather than cramped in a boring hotel room. We love the kitchen and enjoy playing a board game or game of pool here. I especially love relaxing in one of the front porch rocking chairs. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtful touches throughout like a well stocked coffee bar. This is a great property!

VERY, VERY, nice house!! Built in 1916. Still had the 1916 charm but totally modernized with every extra. Every bedroom had its own bath. Just a fabulous stay (we were seven adults). ALL kinds of eating establishments are walkable from the house (and I’m a fat guy!). Walk was not bad at all - it was actually quite good. Very safe location. Kitchen was awesome. Very well appointed and stocked. Great coffee bar which included 3 or 4 dozen Keurig pods for our use in multiple flavors. It had an ice machine that we took advantage of. Just a fabulous place. I can’t say enough about it. My wife and I have our own ABnB in Tybee Island, GA. I thought we provided all the little extras for our guests. We learned a few things from this guy! Owner was a great guy, very accommodating, and easy to reach via text when needed. We WILL BE BACK just to stay in Hartsville and enjoy the house! Pool table provided a lot of fun too! 100% recommend this home and this owner!

My family stayed in Hartsville this past weekend for a wedding. The house was very beautiful, well furnished, attention to detail and period of when house was built, every amenity you could think of, a lovely home for our family of 6. The host had stocked all coffee supplies needed, above and beyond, a game room with a pool table, fun for our adult kids and all linens as well. The front porch was lovely, we enjoyed sitting there all through the weekend. You could walk downtown and take advantage of the multiple restaurants. The hosts were gracious and very attentive. A wonderful place to stay, convenient to all places downtown area. Would definitely stay again.
