Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom lake house on quiet, peaceful Irish Lake - an ideal retreat for couples, families, and anyone looking to unwind in nature. Just 1.5 hours from Toronto, the scenic drive is easy and enjoyable.

Summer & Warm-Weather Activities
In the warmer months, enjoy everything the lake has to offer: stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat are all available for your use. The lake is great for swimming, fishing, and relaxing by the water. End the day with a BBQ dinner and take in beautiful sunsets from the lakeside dock.
Golfers will love having 25 courses within 30 km, while cyclists can explore many nearby routes. Local adventures include waterfalls, antique shops, farmer’s markets, scenic trails, and the Bruce Trail for incredible hikes.

Winter Activities
Winter brings just as much fun - downhill skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing are close by (40 minutes to Blue Mountain, 20 minutes to Beaver Valley). You’ll also find snowmobile trails near the property, along with opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Primary bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
Second bedroom: Two double beds
3-season sunroom: Cozy day bed that can sleep an additional guest
Bunkie: Two bunk beds can accommodate another four people in warmer months

Local Area
The small communities of Markdale and Flesherton are just 10 minutes away, offering shops, art galleries, and great dining options. A large Foodland in Markdale provides groceries, pre-made meals, and catering with delivery. A new EV charging station is conveniently located 10 minutes away in Flesherton.
For day trips, Collingwood and Owen Sound are both within a 45-minute drive.

Quiet Community
Please note that Irish Lake is a peaceful inland lake where sound carries easily. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise to respect our neighbours.
