Everything was exactly what I would expect staying at a well run hotel. The bed was comfy, the entire house was spotless. The backyard was completely fenced in and safe for our pup to be out there without constant supervision. The neighborhood was quiet day and night. Would totally stay here again.

The property is clean and well maintained. While we were a little unsure about the neighborhood at first, we had no issues at all and found everyone we interacted with to be absolutely lovely and very friendly. The location was a huge plus - close to everything we wanted to do, and a Trader Joe’s, Waffle House, and Ruby Slipper just a short walk away (bonus!). The house has a noticeable downward slope toward the back of the house (kitchen/bathroom), which is worth mentioning. We also had an issue with the dryer during our stay, but the host had a repairman on site within hours - which was impressive and very much appreciated.

Thank you for your review. Glad you found the property clean and well-maintained and that the location was convenient. We appreciate you mentioning your initial neighbourhood concerns and are happy your interactions were pleasant. Thank you for noting the downward slope toward the back of the house; that’s helpful for future guests. Apologies for the dryer issue, and I’m glad a repairman was able to respond quickly. We appreciate the feedback and would be pleased to host you again.

I really enjoy staying in an authentic N’awlins shot gun house. The house was clean and decorated very nicely. The fenced in back and front yard was great for our pup and the neighborhood was close enough to get around on the trolleys nicely. I did have an issue with the washing machine but the host offered a complimentary laundry service. If they fix the washer I would absolutely stay there every time I visit the Big Easy!!
