Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath upper floor of a fabulous waterfront house! Just 15 minutes from town but perfectly situated near lakes, trails and wonderful beaches. The house is clean and modern with a heat pump, A/C and a stage 2 EV charger on site.
Walk down to your private beach for a stretch or a swim and enjoy the natural beauty!
One King bed and one Queen along with 2 bathrooms will help make your stay comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to create great meals or you can get to any of the great local restaurants quickly from here!
Bring your bike, your kayaks, dogs and get ready for fun.
Also great for working with fast wifi and a peacefulspot close to town!

We enjoyed the ocean view and walk down to the ocean.The king bed was very comfortable and allowed for restful sleep.Close to Duck Lake trails and a short drive to Mount Mahoney biking trails.Enjoyed our stay.

We were absolutely thrilled with this property - especially the view of the ocean from and sunny (and very large!) deck. The suite was very clean and spacious, giving us lots of room to spread out for the 10 days we stayed. Other than a bit of confusion with how the door lock system worked, check-in was great and the host was very helpful. If you like to read in bed, the table lamp in one bedroom was a bit dim, and no table lamp in the other bedroom, but the comfy beds completely made up for it! The surroundings were very quiet with little traffic noise, and our hosts in the lower level were also very quiet. We missed the ocean view as soon as we left and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you to our hosts!!!

This accommodation was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It is in a very beautiful spot with a view of Texada Island across the water. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and the process to check in was seamless and pain free. While it is pet friendly, we didn't bring our little friends with us, so we didn't have the chance to ask them their opinions on the matter. A very pleasant stay that I recommend to anyone!

This is a beautiful location just above the water and a gorgeous view of Texada. Parking is a breeze, the place is easy to find and having 2 bathrooms is a big bonus! It would be even better if there was laundry and a BBQ but the Pho place across the street is really good and it’s very quiet at night. We would stay again if we came back to Powell River.

We love all the nature around us. My wife and I lived here a little over 10 years before we relocated for family and convenience. We enjoy hosting to help our guests really enjoy their time in Powell River.

Why they chose this property

I love my home on the Salish Sea!! It is bright and open with never ending and always changing views. We see all kinds of sea life, deer, eagles and maybe a bear wandering around sometimes. I love the peace and the privacy and the private access to the rocky shoreline where you can fish or just soak it in! Blueberry and blackberries in season and lots of green space !

What makes this property unique

The property is pretty private with a landscaped trail and a rough staircase down to the water. We have a beautiful deck, an open fresh space with minimal clutter and quick wifi !
