Our balcony door did not lock, they stated on their page that if there is a problem to let them, well we did and they wrote a work up order for them to come and fix it on Monday, however they never showed to fix it. They only left 2 dishwasher pods, two washing machine pods and a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid for 7 days. I have been renting from VRBO for over 9 years now and this is the only property that they did not offer at least a week’s worth of those kind of products. We did have a great time, the views are beautiful and the suite was clean, the furniture was very dingy and dirty and the couch was very uncomfortable, but all the beds were AMAZING. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating.
