Wild geese and ducks swim in the private pond early in the morning and throughout the day.

As soon as you enter this fantastic escapade, you are greeted by a spacious, open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. Challenge your friends to an exciting round of billiards or spread out comfortably to watch a favorite movie on the Smart TV with streaming services.

When mealtime comes, create delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig that has a selection of K-Cups, alongside the regular drip coffee maker, and it opens to a back deck overlooking the pond and a beautiful backyard.

The main bedroom features a large Smart TV, access to the backyard, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, double vanity, and an exquisite jetted tub. The guest room features a WFH office space with a desk and a 23-inch LED monitor for remote work or online school. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer.

You are welcome to fish, though please note that swimming is prohibited, and the pier is not accessible. While it might appear enticing to learn about local wildlife, please refrain from disturbing them.
