Situated on a working homestead, you'll have acres of land to explore, complete with a one-acre pond and 1,000 feet of Maumee River frontage where you can launch canoes or kayaks. Friendly goats and chickens roam the property, and you can help yourself to some fresh eggs for breakfast when the hens are laying.

The apartment itself offers an easy and accessible ground-floor location. The interior is well-appointed for contemporary comfort. The mid-size kitchen makes it easy to plan home-cooked meals or prepare snacks to take out on the river. Mounted mini-splits are equipped throughout the space for year-round comfort. Updated sofas and a Smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. There's even a Super Nintendo Entertainment System game console and games if you're looking for some throwback fun. The furnished front patio is a peaceful spot for morning coffee or a nightcap. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

great place to stay. I had to stay for around a month due to an apartment fire in my building and they were super accommodating, even left eggs in the fridge and have soap I could use in the bathroom!

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was perfect for what I needed. They even brought me a dozen Farm fresh eggs, which was a very nice touch. Kevin was very responsive to any questions that I had and was extremely helpful.
