The sunny balcony offers any time of day a pleasant sitting. The view from the living room invites you to linger on an undeveloped meadow, through to Keitumer St. Severin church a. (The meadow is a nature reserve, so the view is unobstructed)

To our comfort features include among others a dishwasher, a microwave with oven combination, ceramic hob with extractor hood, high-quality flat-panel televisions incl. Bluray and DVD Player, music system, and all kitchen accessories from the coffee machine until the kettle. The sleeping accommodation (for two persons) are located on the top floor (comfortable double bed 2m x 2m) and for an extra person on a high quality sofa bed 1,6m x 2m.

We rent explicitly as Non smoking apartment, no pets are allowed.

As part of the renovations all mattresses, bedding and upholstered furniture have been replaced, we located a lot to your well-being.

The park 'Am Friedrichshain' is located in the area, shopping facilities and a bakery are in 4 minutes near the Nordseeklinik Westerland reach. The beach is easily accessible by bicycle (about 3 minutes) or walk (about 10 minutes).
