This cozy apartment is located in the beach road in the heart of Westerland. Nice restaurants, pubs, cafes and cinema are located in the immediate vicinity. For 'Sylt wave', the promenade and the beach are both within 5 minutes walk.
The shopping (grocery, bakery, etc.), as well as weekly market are just steps away from the house.
For shopping, the Elizabeth street, beach road and Frederick street outside the front door. Walk to station 5 minutes. To reach the bus stop in 2 minutes. The beach is only 200 meters away


Facilities and Amenities: The beautifully furnished apartment has in the living room and bedroom with a flat screen TV, cable connection and CD / DVD player.
A double Murphy bed is equipped with new spinal disc Federkernmadratzen and Alergikersynthetik-duvets and pillows.
When self-catering you can use the new built-in kitchen with lots of extras.
(Ceramic hob, oven with hot air, dishwasher, etc.) Further facilities include a washer and dryer for a fee in the house basement.
Completely newly renovated bathroom.
WiFi connection is available.

Exterior: underground parking space is included in the price and is located in the house.
An elevator takes you right into your cozy apartment.

Die Ausstattung ist ok.Allerdings dürften es bei 7 Tagen und fast 40 zusätzlich auch 2 Handtücher und 2 Duschtücher mehr sein.Wir, beide über 70 wären schon froh über einen funktionierenden Lift gewesen.Der Lift ist laut Auskunft bereits seit April außer Betrieb, davon war in der Ausschreibung nichts zu lesen.Und das ist ja exentiell wichtig, was ist, wenn jemand kommt, der keine Treppen gehen kann ???

Ein sehr gepflegtes, schmuckes, gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Appartement im Zentrum von Westerland, in Nähe von Lebensmittelladen, sonstigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Friedrichstrasse. Die vorgängige Kommunikation mit Besitzerin war sehr gut. Das einzige kleine Manko: der Fahrstuhl im Haus funktionierte nicht, da die Ersatzteilbeschaffung wegen des Alters des Fahrstuhles schwierig ist. Da sich das Appartement jedoch auf der ersten Etage befindet, ist es zu Fuss gut machbar :-) Ich kann die Wohnung jedenfalls wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde sie bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder mieten.

Bei den Balkon fehlt der sichtschutz zur PrivatsphäreDer Aufzug ist seit 4 Wochen defekt und dauert wohl noch länger.Hätte ein entgegenkommen erwartet weil es eine Grundvoraussetzung zur Buchung war.

1 Woche Sylt der sehr angenehmen Art

FeWo ist perfekt sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Alles was man bräuchte, ist auch in der Whg. vorhanden und ist in tadellosem Zustand. Wer gerne selbst kocht, wird nichts vermissen. Selbst der Balkon für die rauchende Fraktion ist vorhanden und die Garage lässt das Auto bestens ruhen. Wir haben selten Vergleichbares in unseren Urlauben gehabt. Besten Dank!!! Thomas u. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone - am Puls von Westerland gelegen. Super Wohnung für 2 Personen. Die "Aussicht" vom Balkon ist wenig einladend, ebenso die im Objekt vorhandene Tiefgarage - aber alle anderen Punkte sowie die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen deutlich.

We had a great stay on Sylt😎. The property is located right in the middel of Westerland, nearby the Beach and many restaurants. The appartment was as described and very nice to stay in👍🏻with everything you need. Will come back to Sylt another time.

Tolle Lage des Domizils.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Mitten in der Stadt, alles in wenigen Gehminuten super erreichbar. Der Balkon ist bis Mittags sonnig. Schade ist der Blick auf den Hinterhof des Hotels Stadt Hamburg.

Die Lage war super, man konnte einfach raus und bummeln, sich in ein Café setzen oder schnell auch an den Strand gehen. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man zu zweit so braucht. Zudem ist es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gerne wieder

Gemütliche Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Betten und Sofa fanden wir bequem. In der Küche hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Die Betten ließen sich ohne Aufwand hoch-oder runterklappen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auch zum Strand ist der Weg nicht weit. Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern gibt es immer: Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon hat uns morgens beim Frühstück gefehlt. Ein Wäscheständer für nasse Badesachen wäre praktisch.

Schöne Wohnung in der Strandstr.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus mit sehr vielen Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles i.o. Balkon ist leider zum Hof.
