Time to book our centrally located Alpine Villa! We are a Dog Friendly French inspired home, with flat driveway (no slipping dn hilly driveways)we are a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home right in the heart of Big Bear Lake--walking distance to the Main Village and Lake, Snow Summit is 1.3 miles, a short drive to the zoo, and golf course.
Enjoy a huge open living room w/ 75” TV and curl up by one of the two the fireplaces in this warm, woodsy home or relax outside on one of the 3 large decks

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Guests must throw away all trash at Big Bear Disposal: 41970 Garstin Road. It’s a city-rental rule. Animals will eat the trash outside so it must be disposed of properly.
Trash bags left behind ($25 charge per bag.) -Check out is at 11am ($100 late check out fee). -Wash and dry all dirty dishes. Dirty dishes left behind will result in an extra $25 charge.
-clean out the fireplace after use or housekeeping will charge a $25 fee -Propane grill(please clean grill after use) -Set thermostat at 55 degrees in the winter upon check out -Please lock all doors
