Other Things to Note:

Heads-Up: The cabin’s wooded location means occasional insects are possible. Ladybugs are typical during colder months and pose no harm.



Fireplaces are turned off from May 1 through October 1.



4WD vehicles are recommended from December through April due to mountain roads and possible winter conditions.



Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Our community does not allow them, and they present a serious fire risk.



Bringing Your Fur Baby?



We’re happy to consider pets for a nominal fee! Pet fees will be added after you provide details about your furry companion.

Pet approval is required prior to booking, and fees apply per pet based on size.



While we do welcome pets, we cannot accept pets that shed excessively, as this creates challenges for our cleaning team during turnovers.



Minimum booking age is 25+.

No smoking.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

$20 Extra guest fee after the 8th guest.



Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a charge of $100 per additional hour.





Restricted Areas



All garages, sheds, crawlspaces, and mechanical or maintenance areas are strictly off limits to guests. Please do not enter these areas—interior or exterior—or access any locations containing maintenance products or equipment. (Some lawn care items are stored on-site in secured bins, sheds, garages, or storage containers.)



By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to waive liability related to entering any restricted areas, including crawlspaces, areas under decks, or near outdoor mechanical equipment such as HVAC units.
