Set on the hill above Sapphire Beach, this East End condo sleeps up to 2 adults. * Steps away from one pool and under a 3-minute walk to the second pool * 3 minute walk to Sudi's Restaurant * Head down the hill to Sapphire Beach - 10 minute walk (only recommended for those in good physical shape) or 2 minute drive * 3 additional restaurants + a coffee shop located down the hill at Sapphire Beach * The boutique at Sapphire has nice clothes and rents snorkel gear
St. Kitts 306 offers breathtaking views looking over Sapphire Beach and Marina. Newly renovated, the condo is a studio with 1 bathroom, and full kitchen with modern appliances like an Emeril Lagasse Air Fryer and much more to make your stay comfortable.
This condo offers easy access to everything you need for a perfect getaway, including: 2 pools, 4 restaurants, a beach bar, a coffee shop, and shopping. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a fun-filled beach vacation, or a relaxing getaway, this Sapphire Village condo is the perfect destination.
Even though the condo is on the 3rd floor, it has zero steps between the parking area and the condo. The condo itself has no stairs and is a 20 second walk away from the pool. This makes it a great option for those who don't want to drag their luggage up and down stairs. You get the great views of being on the third floor without all the stairs typically needed to get there! **Important to note that Sapphire Village is up on a hill above Sapphire Beach. If you plan on walking to the beach, you will need to be able to handle walking up down a large hill or renting a car to drive down to the beach.**

Where you'll be staying: - Primary Bedroom: King Bed - Guest Bed: Air mattress - Max occupancy: 2 adults (traveling with an infant? Must inquire prior to booking) The association will impose a fine of $150/day per person over the unapproved guest count of 2
Bathrooms - 1 full bathroom - Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper products, and a hair dryer
Kitchen & Dining - Fully equipped kitchen with Emeril Lagasse air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots and pans, and more! - Salt, pepper, and assorted spices (leftover extras often available)
Laundry Paid laundry is located in the marina office at Sapphire Marina just down the hill from the Village condos. The laundry is open from 7:30am to 10:00 pm. Tokens can be purchased in the office during the week before 4pm. Office is closed on holidays and weekends.
Temperature & Power Notes - AC unit in the main living area - there is a sump pump on the AC that will pump the humidity out. Depending on how cold the AC is set, it can kick on frequently. If you're a light sleeper, please pack a sound machine. - Ceiling fans throughout -Washer and dryer located in the main office (must buy tokens from the main office to use) - There is no generator and power outages can happen, especially in the summer months - Cistern-fed water maintained by the condo association - Hurricane season is August–October, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of a hurricane

Island Tings This is a tropical island. Lizards may sneak inside (they help with bugs), and you'll likely see a few wild critters from your unit. We have monthly pest control and recommend keeping doors closed to avoid extra guests.

Great location and the place was decorated so cute. The host had everything we needed in the place. Unfortunately the air conditioner made a horrible noise the whole time which interrupted our sleep.
