The hot tub was green and we couldn't even use it. I couldn't get into contact with anyone while we were there to come and clean it. I would choose another listing if I could.

no heat, dirty, poor communication!
Our stay was a horrible experience from the start. Arrived and the heat was not working. Went out and purchased a heater because I was not sure how long it would take for a response, so by the time we got settled in it was about 8 that night. Maintenance did call while we were out getting a heater and I asked how was someone there just cleaning and did not notice it was cold in there. His was response was 'well cleaning is a pretty labor some job so they probably did not notice it was cold'. I thought things were going to be better when the property owner, Zach, called us to get an idea of what problems we were having. Not only did he offer some compensation off our stay (without me asking), he also promised to follow back up. It is going on 3 weeks now and now response nor has he returned out. On the cleanliness of the property, there was pet hairs all over the couch, bed and floors. Outside there was pet crap in the common areas as soon as you step out of the door and parking areas. I would have assumed with a cleaning fee that was not cheap I would not have had to deal with this on top of washing our own dishes before we left. I understand that 'cleaning fees' are normal with rental properties like this, but I do not see what this fee was used to 'clean'. Even after sending the requested pics, there has been no resolution to our compensation for the stay. I understand how important reviews are so that is why I waited to write this review, but noone has taken acti

Great little place for the weekend!
Cute and cozy. Would come back. If you can’t find this in the gps use High Country Cabinets, it will find that. The condos are right across the road from that.

Recent stay
The place was generally clean and reasonably well-maintained, considering its age. One notable quirk was the charming creaking floors that accompanied every step. Unfortunately, I missed in the description that both the restroom and bedroom were located upstairs, which was a bit inconvenient. That was my oversight, though. On a positive note, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we managed to enjoy a restful night's sleep.
