The view opens up to a unique panorama between the Caribbean Sea, which meets the ocean, the bay of Marigot, the lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac.

The pool is surrounded by a huge deck that joins the living room.

A private staircase winds through the property to reach the waterfront of Marigot Bay.
