Apartment located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), in the center of the resort (shopping mall on the ground floor and chairlift departure point 50m away). Comprising: entrance hall (wardrobe), separate toilet, living room with sitting area (double sofa bed, flat-screen TV), south-facing balcony with views of the village and mountains, dining area, kitchen area (4 ceramic hobs, microwave, refrigerator, sink, extractor hood, dishwasher).
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (one with a double bed and storage, the other with 2 bunk beds), bathroom.
Electric heating. Ski locker in the basement.
Flooring: laminate flooring and linoleum.
