SENSATIONAL OCEAN VIEWS and you can hear the beach waves.
Verandah/deck around all of the front of the house to enable watching the waves and the boats going past and an enclosed pergola off the kitchen/dining room with the barby and an outdoor setting for 10 plus other chairs and table outside to accommodate for more.
The house has been renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and thick lush carpet 4 years ago.
Downstairs there is a 3rd large bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunks, its own lounge room with a very comfortable pull out sofa bed, TV, heating, sliding doors with separate access and to outside to admire the view. This also has its own bathroom with a large walk in shower, basin, and toilet.
This is a perfect combination for 2 families to stay.
