Close to everything, views overlooking the Gippsland Lakes and a spacious house that caters for all. There are 4 bedrooms- capable of sleeping 10-12 people, three bathrooms, roomy kitchen and a large living area with a heating and cooling split system. This house would be ideal for families as it has its own fully self-contained apartment that can be made separate to the rest of the house for your own piece and quite. It also has a large undercover entertainment area with a new stainless steel BBQ with your own water views. Backyard access down the side of the house makes it easy for parking cars, boats or jet skis, still with plenty of room for the kids to run around in an open grassy yard. Don’t forget about being so close to all the recreational activities that Lakes Entrance has to offer.

What a beautiful stay! Our kids who are 8 and 7 were entertained the whole time we were there, either happily playing in the backyard or taking advantage of the variety of toys available. The house was so spacious and in a very good location within walking distance to the shops. The only thing that could have been better was if the stove top had markings on it so you knew which way was high or low and kids were very disappointed that the jets in the spa bath didnt work. But for the 3 night we were there it was the perfect little holiday we have had. Will definitely try and rebook this property next time we visit.

Lovely spaceous home ideal for families. Great location in quiet court. Plenty off street parking for cars and boat.Reasonably clean and easy to keep clean. Fans in each rooms do need upgrading and a new vaccum would be handy
