Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.

Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 50" flat screen TV in the living room and a 39" flat screen in the bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony. There is a small table and chairs. There are beach chairs in the balcony closet.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and restaurants in addition to movies, shopping and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge.

This condo unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators. It is not wheelchair accessible. The unit is located at the top of the stairs.

I stay here every time I come to North Padre. The owner is extremely easy to work with and accommodating if any issues arise. The location is great with easy access to both beach areas. A lot cleaner than Corpus Christi Beach and not as touristy as South Padre. I love it!

I have stayed here a number of times, and it is THE BEST! Tommi is the BEST host and always communicates quickly and effectively. Everything you need, and the beach, is a hop skip and a jump away if it is not in the condo. But the condo is very well appointed so just bring your food and drink and enjoy the great accommodations and the beautiful pool and the convenient parking! You will very happy you picked this place to stay!

I love this sweet little condo! It’s the second time I’ve stayed here this summer, on a solo vacation. The owner is super nice and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed to cook my meals. The bed is comfy. The vibe is calm & relaxed. The balcony faces west and is in shade for the better part of the morning, so I enjoyed balcony coffee time. Short walk to the beach. I hope to stay here again.

Really liked the fact they responded promptly and nicely. The place was beautiful and well maintained. Parking lot does have the numbers slightly gone (not visible), but there’s nothing the owner can do about it. Would highly recommend!

Rooms were clean but some appliances were dirty. The doors were dirty. Bathroom shower was backed up but the issue was solved. Mold was growing on air vents.

Great location with easy access to a public beach parking area, so there's no need to purchase a beach pass. The place was very cute, cozy, and comfortable.The only downside is that the bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so it can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom. It would also be helpful to have an outdoor hose or rinse station to wash off sand before entering the house. We ended up rinsing ourselves and our beach gear at the public beach access before returning.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. The only thing was no elevator. Great vacation place for young people. Not for elderly guests.

Thanks for the feedback. There are no elevators in the Beach Club Condo complex. The units are on 3 floors and my unit is on the 2nd floor. It is definitely not wheel chair accessible. I would recommend bringing smaller pieces of luggage instead of larger pieces of luggage for going up the stairs.

If you are looking for proximity to the water, this is the spot. The condo is situated in a prime location where the beach is just a short walk away. One of our favorite features was the pool, which is located mere steps from the unit, making it incredibly convenient for a quick dip. The space itself was the ideal size for an extended stay and had all the essentials.

I purchased the property in 2006 when it was converted to an condo and renovated including the cabinets. In 2014, I did a few small upgrades such as flooring, lighting, ceiling fan and other small changes. Updated the bathroom over the years.

Why they chose this property

I bought this condo for long term rentals but decided if I rented it as a vacation rental, I could also visit my self. I also rent it furnished for periods of over 30 days. The property is only a block from Whitecap Beach and it has a pool, hot tub, small pond and exercise room. It's located in a quiet area but is not far from all kinds of activities, restaurants and shopping.
